Send help, I'm still trying to write the thing XD
Completely me tbh
Ahahaha XD

Ah, same. It's harder than it looks to make something decent though. So many things to consider. Couple that with terrible forgetfulness and voila - perfect mix for a strange writing experience. Or lack thereof. xD

@Raey I wish I could help, but I can barely keep my own writing topics organized, I don't think I could handle everyone else's

What is your editing process like? Do you edit online or offline?
Honestly I haven't done much hardcore editing. I'll just reread the piece and if there's any part I don't like I'll rewrite it. I've tried to rewrite my Nano drafts, but so far no luck with that

Yeah, the writing conversations kinda died, ha. But that sounds great! What was your idea, can you say anything about it? c:

I was thinking something of a horror and suspense genre. A short story, maybe. One where the main character has lived most of their life, a grandmother... She's always giving advice and her family ignores it. Until one day she gets bored and decides to make some deal to make her advice true. So she's granted the gift of seeing the future at random/ people's fate. She sees her daughter-in-laws fortune and keeps warning her/ "giving advice" since she can't directly tell her. The daughter in law ignores her and... we'll see.

Sorry it took me a while to respond.

I usually print out the first draft and read it over for a week or two, let my peers read it and see their suggestions. New document, compare the new besides the previous and start rewriting. Once I have a draft I'm not going to entirely change around, I look for grammar and stuff.

Oof I need to get active on here lol.

Honestly, I don't even know what my writing process is, let alone my editing process lol. But, I've only written short stories so far, I'll usually just edit on the same document. Sometimes I'll leave it alone for a couple days or a week, just to refresh my mind, and then I'll reread and correct it.

I have a question for you all ^.^

I like writing in Microsoft Word. It's easy to use and I can always delete large swaths of text (y'know, because I'm indecisive person when it comes to writing). I usually just use the preset calibri font, but I'm considering changing it up.

I like to write on the computer over paper or tablet. Ironically, the tablet is my least favorite way to write, but the most convinient and the one I use the most.
I write mostly on CS, it's just easiest since it's were I post most of my work. I use Google Docs somewhat, but not nearly as much.

I write in google docs, its the easiest for me because I can't always be on the same computer, it's also much easier to send people my work ^.^

When I was younger, and when I attended writing classes, I usually used a notebook, but nowadays I write pretty much exclusively with a computer or device. It’s just the quickest to get my ideas out without having to decipher my handwriting afterwards, lol.

Once upon a time I used Word for pretty much everything. However, now I use Google Docs since I like the freedom it provides - no matter where I am, as long as I have internet access, I can work on my writing. I have heard recently that there were some privacy issues with using google docs so I may switch programs sooner or later, though. I also use Zenwriter if I particularly need to focus.
