It was three nights after the little 'Shane goes off with Magesty' incident, and Shane and Jay had agreed to forget it. Even ignoring the fact that Shane had gone off with Magesty the day Roxey an Skyler had come, and the day after AND after that, right up to today. So when Roxey and Melody had come up with the idea of a full on party to keep all happy, all 18 Angels had been up for it. Most came as they were but Jay, Shane, Isobel, Magesty, Roxey and Melody decided to be different and dress up for the event. Jay brushed her new 'home made' green dress and straightened her feather and locket, which had been presents from Shane.She got them as sorry presents from Shane going off with HER! Besides, she should have a great time tonight as it had been a month since she and Shane had become an item. So a real cause for a full on celebration. As Shane led her to the great hall where the party was taking place, the smell of cakes and the sound of music enticed her, and she smiled.


Inside the noisy hall, Jay spied Izzy dancing around eating cannoli, Roxey and Melody behind the DJ turntable, Magesty with her boy Bolto, and Chase setting up mikes on the stage that had this banners hanging over it:

The food on the table looked scrummy too! Jay looked at the array of food and dink hungrily.

Just then one of those really high sounds that you really hate rang out around the room so everyone covered their ears and turned to face the stage where Melody was looking sheepish.

Any way, we are about to set a music battle up! We have all your names in here*points to a hat on the floor*and we will pull out one! Whoever is pulled out will sing against anyone who wants to. There will be 3 rounds. At the end of each one, all the rest of us will pick a winner. Winner stays on!~Roxey

No one did for a while, Magesty looked too cool up there with her ineradicable hair with Mel and Roxey to her sides.

At the end everyone was silent, before erupting into shouts of joy and approval. They were brilliant at vs singing! Melody came round with a note book and took down everyone's winner. She showed it to Roxey and they added their own winners.
And the winner who will remain on in round two is... JAYFEATHER by 9 votes to 7!~Roxey
Bolto smiled congratulatory at Jay before kissing his girl as she left the stage. But Shane didn't even look at... wait, he gave her a tiny smile and a paws up before going to talk to Magesty. As for Izzy she flung herself up on the stage and gave Jay a chocking hug. Typical!

NEXT, we are in round 2! Who will take on Jay,*glares at Izzy who sticks her tongue out, before jumping off the stage*in her next battle?~Roxey
If Magesty had been intimidating, Jay even more so, because they now knew how good she was. Come on, willed Jay, one of you come up...

The clapping began the minute the music was over this time, and Roxey took down winners. Jay had one 14-2. Foxie gave her a hug and told her well done and that she had only done it for fun, and Jay replied that she had done really well. Foxie said thatnks, and left the stage.
Congrats Jay, really well done...*is interrupted by electric board turning on* What!!!~Melody
Jay and all the others turned to see a film of... NO! IZZY! She was playing a film of Shane asking Jay out! Thanks for that, Jay thought. At the end where they kissed the screen turned black and little hearts connected together to spell the words 'Congratulations, Shayfeather, for you one month anniversary'

The hall erupted that and Izzy and Jay hugged. Melody seemed a little troubled as she took the votes the added them. Jay had won the music battle with round three ending 8-6. That made 14 votes, not 16. They gave Jay a cute prize

before Jay and Izzy left the stage. Jay waited for Shane as Izzy went off to get more cake. When no Shane came, she looked around the hall to see NO Shane OR Magesty in the hall...

Out in the night air, Magesty and Shane were laughing TOGETHER. They trained for a while on Light and Dark magic before laying together to gaze at the stars.
Shane, we should do this more often!~Magesty
Yeah, we should and we will!~Shane
And while their night ended in laughter and stars, and Magesty trailing a claw down Shane's chin and him fiddling with her hair, Jay's night ended in the storage cupboard. Crying. Crying into a Grapeberry smoothie. Happy anniversary indeed!

20 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ME AND MY STORY!

1) I came up with the idea of TSFAAD after reading books one and two of The School For Good And Evil. I loved them so much I had to write my own.

2) The main characters are Jayfeather, Shane, Isobel, Magesty, Roxey, Moki, Fang, E11even and Murdershy. But you proberly worked that out!

3) I actually do not own all of the main characters. 4 belong to lemons., 3 belong to me and 2 belong to Svern. Both are my best friends in real life.

4) Roxey owns her own diary called the Opal. I am about to start it.

5) My personality is a mix between Jayfeather and Roxey.

6) TSFAAD is part of a series. There are going to be 2-4 books after this.

7) Jayfeather's power us Shapeshifting but she has another power that you do not yet know.

8) Isobel (in real life Svern is just like this too) is stalker wierd, obsessed with the internet and hates using logic to solve ANYTHING! (joke! )

9) Three times in this story Shane is going to be under a spell. But ssssshhhhhh! Don't tell him!

10) Magesty has a tough girl exterior, but really she is sweet.

11) Moki is basicly like Magesty's little sister.

12) In the duration of this story I am gonna put up a competition!

13) There is going to be a TSFAAD Q&A

14) Roxey is the only character with a boyfriend not in the school

15) Nixie (whom you have not met) is Roxey's arch enemy

16) Murdershy actually loves rabbits, but she usually ends up killing them by accident when she huggs them.

17) Fang is a master of potions.

18) Moki can only go matcho power once in a month.

19) E11even really loves Isobel, but trys not to show it.

20) In the making of this tale no acctual harm comes to any living, breathing character!
