Create-A-Village Scenes Challenge

With the permission of ossa di cervo, creator of the original challenge, I welcome you to the Create-A-Scene challenge! For those of you who are confused, the Create-A games are a series of writing-based games that let you develop a group through collaboration with an assigned game moderator; Create-A-Village focuses on humanoids and their pets. This challenge was created as a way for members to further develop their groups and receive a prize at the end. If you decide to complete both this version and the original version or include prompts present in the original to complete 100 prompts, you will receive both the CAV prize and an expanded version of the original prize--50 servings of food and 20 KP that can be distributed between your villages and shamans by your choice.

      1. Please only join this if you are part of Create-A-Village.
      2. You must create a separate thread that is linked to here--either on CS or the site (PM me for a link)--to answer the prompts. The prompts don't have to be completed in order.
      3. You are more than welcome to collaborate with another player or, with permission, use someone else's character in a prompt. If posted individually, the response will be counted separately towards each player's prompt count.
      4. Every prompt has a 300 word count or one art piece fully colored (or two sketch pieces) minimum. Writing or art that was commissioned does not count towards the prompt. Plagiarism will result in all of a player's completed prompts being disqualified, and a strike for breaking CS rules.
      5. The reward for completion is detailed in the achievements post of the main thread. The reward for finishing all 100, with the other 30 prompts being completed according to the original prompt's requirements, is 50 servings of food and 20 KP. The prizes can be distributed among your villages and shamans however you like.

Flexible prompts are quotes used to inspire situations which means you don't have to use the exact quote. There is no format that you need to follow, although it cannot be a collection of notes and/or bullet points.

    1. “I hope the dawn never comes.”
    2. “They never crossed the stream.”
    3. “Run to the moors.”
    4. “I hate to see you smile like that.”
    5. “Why do you never slow down?”
    6. “Fight me now. Before it’s too late.”
    7. “There is only one poison that is its own remedy, and that is hope.”
    8. “I swear, there were more children!”
    9. “Why do you listen to them?”
    10. “This doesn’t change anything, you know.”
    11. “He still cares.”
    12. “I never betrayed who I am.”
    13. “You know you want to.”
    14. “Please…I know him.”
    15. “You’re about twenty seconds too late.”
    16. “And then, it appeared!”
    17. “I wish I had chosen a different path.”
    18. “I’m so sorry. There’s no hope.”
    19. “But… You promised!”
    20. “For the good of us all.”
    21. “Death to the innocent ___!”
    22. “Shut. Up!”
    23. “Please. This is an art form.”
    24. “Don’t tell me you haven’t thought about it.”
    25. “No. Just. No. Never!”
    26. “That is completely illogical.”
    27. “Never insult them again!”
    28. “She said he said you said they said she said he needed to leave.”
    29. “That…seems extreme?”
    30. “I don’t understand why you feel the need to keep talking.”
    31. “They’re dead, okay?! Gone!”
    32. “Oh, I’m sure he was flying. That’s logical!”
    33. “Ugh, you idiot.”
    34. “Please… I shouldn’t…”
    35. “Why are you always in the middle of it?”
