The world whistled around me. I was trying to move but my newly born body wouldn't allow me to. I slowly opened ky eyes for the first time to see my mother. A helpless wail sent chills through my bones. I felt the fur on my neck pull as someone picked me up. Fear rushed through my body as I peaked my eye open. Tears of fear and sorrow fell as a saw my mother dead under my father as my sister ran with me in her mouth.
That was a year ago today. Hi, my name is Spearmint but I go by mint. My sister is Lavender, she is my care taker and I owe her my life. We have been on the run since my sister rescued me from my lifeless, murderous father.
