Adaptable: She's extremely adaptable, changing to suit her environment, like water. She's very open to change, because she can adjust to it so easily. Because of this, she doesn't really complain much about anything, but she tends to take things for granted, too. Her adaptability also means that she doesn't trust others easily, because trust can affect her ability to change.
Unpredictable: Like the weather, she's unpredictable. Her reactions to things are always different. For example, perhaps one day she'll geek for hours over a joke, and the next, she just won't be in a laughing mode. Her changes in mood don't really have too much of a pattern, although the weather might have something to do with it.
Bipolar: She's not severely bipolar, but she's enough so to notice. On her ups, which last longer than her downs, she's pretty social, kind, and loves to laugh. She tends to think about others before herself, and her morale is up. On her downs, though, she becomes independent, and likes to go off on her own. She's often depressed and snappy, and she gets pretty selfish and sometimes cruel. During thunderstorms, she usually goes straight into a 'down' mode, and how bad it is depends on the severity of the thunderstorm.
Patient: Generally, when she's not on an 'up' or 'down', she's pretty quiet and patient. She listens more than she talks, and she doesn't like to interrupt others. She doesn't bother anyone with her own feelings unless they ask her to. She's good at waiting, especially when she's in one of her 'water' forms.
Logical: She's got a very quick logic. She can figure out puzzles and sticky situations in the blink of an eye. This is why she likes to listen to others so much - she likes to figure them out. But she doesn't tell them this, of course. She sees life as a big puzzle, and everyone around her as the pieces.
Creative: When she's not deep thinking and puzzling about the world, she has a pretty good imagination. She likes to pretend and explore, and sometimes even think up some poetry. Being a 'spire, though, she can't write it down, but if she comes up with a really good poem, she'll carve it into one of the walls of the spire.

Elemental Forms: (they only happen during the day, when she's not in her true form) If there is enough humidity in the air and it starts to rain, she becomes just a puddle of water. Sometimes it can be useful for escaping something quickly, because she can slide through nearly anything. Other times, it can be a curse - she gets lost easily in the rain.
If its below freezing point outside, she'll freeze, turning into a cat-sicle. This is extremely annoying for her, because she can't move a muscle in this form, only think. Anyone can do whatever they wish with her when she's in that form. And she hates it.
Abilities:

-control a small amount of water, and only if there is a source nearby.
-change the weather if she uses enough energy, but usually she passes out afterwards.
-blend in with water, thus turning invisible when she swims.
