Yes it's really great The only thing is she and her sisters aren't exactly going to lead the other 'Spires. While other Spire Cats' powers are related to black magic, hers are related to fires and flames.

Akumu - meaning nightmare.

Personality:
However much her name doesn't suit her, Akumu is a shy and skittish sort of creature. But once you get to know her, she'll unleash her boasting and friendly side on you. You'll never want to find out why she was named Akumu, she is easily aggravated by the smallest things, so don't try your luck with her. She could be considered slightly bi-polar, but very rarely will she act like so. Most of the time she's quiet and keeps away from everyone else.

History:
She definitely didn't have a normal history. Akumu started out as a flame that hit the earth one night, and the Spire cat came from the fire that erupted as soon as it hit the ground. As soon as she did so the cougars living near by watching with wide eyes. Immediately, the father of the family raced over and tried to chase away the beast. The cat, which seemed to be aging by the second, whirled around and saw the cougar with outstretched claws coming towards her. Her instincts took over, and as the cougar came closer she opened her jaws and an enormous amount of flames poured from her mouth. The cougar fell to the ground, scorched. The other cougars watched with dismay as the strange creature lifted her wings, alighted herself into the sky and soared off through the night. Her kithood passed by so quickly to her adult years, and the aging stopped. Akumu landed near the yawning entrance of a large cave. She was astonished at how badly the cougar had wanted her gone, she was simply different. Shaking her head, Akumu entered the cave and claimed it hers.

Short Story/Stories:
Bats!
Akumu sulked around her cave one night, her head low and wings dragging. She had nothing to do, all the animals left the first day she set foot in this cave. Except for the black figures that hung on the ceiling. She never figured out what the creatures were, they rarely moved except for when they escaped the cave occasionally every night or so. Akumu didn't bother them, except this one night. She had nothing to do, so she lifted herself up against the still air. It was hard to stay airborne, but she managed. Akumu brought herself to the ceiling. The figures didn't budge, except for the slight stirring. "Hello?" Akumu whispered. A figure opened its eye, let out a call and all the others started stirring. "Hey, your wings look like mine!" Akumu said as she watched them stretch out their wings. The Spire Cat soon alighted herself on the ground, watching as the black swarm of the creatures flew out of the cave again, and waited for them to return. She grinned, sitting down and watching the entrance. "They're... bats!"

My choice was to color or shade, and I decided to shade. ^^ I still got her tail flame, at least. >w<

Um...it kinda seems like you copied my form in some ways. She was born from fire and in the story she's naive and says hello in a similar way.
