[Wolf's Spirit]

Once there lay an egg so ancient the age was unknown. One day a human found it. He was a cruel boy. he was about to smash it on the ground when he sister came running in and took it from him. She ran and he followed yelling out at her,"GIVE THAT BACK! I FOUND IT! ITS MINES!" she eventually lost him. She cradeled the egg.,"Its ok little egg. Hes gone." there was a faint *crack*. She turned the egg over and found the crack. It cracked again. Finally out came a magnificent dragon. It was a deep blue with green and blue wings a yellow fin on its tail. It had a small yellow beard with what kinda looked like a yellow mustache. It had fins on its head that looked like theyd be ears,"Hello little dragon." it made some sort of sqeak. it looked like a girl to the sister so she decided to name it Saphire. The sister hid the dragon in a hallow under a tree. Everyday the girl would bring Saphire some food.

One day the brother noticed she was always leaving with some meat in her hands. He decided to follow her. right when he saw Saphire he ran in and took her and ran home. Saphire shreiked with fright. The boy showed Saphire to his parents and told them his sister had been taking care of her. The parents took the shrieking Saphire and took her to an animal expert. He took the dragon.

Saphire stared out of the bars of her cage. She was terrified. Her new human brought her food but didnt play with her. She was lonely. She could hear the barks and mews of other animals she didnt recongize. Saphire cowered in the corner of her cage. Finally the new human took her out and introduced her to another creature with wings like hers. She soon came to know it was a bat. He taught her how to fly,"You are a quick learner little one." the bat said. One day she stopped seeing the bat. She grew lonely again. as she was thinking of the bat she felt her cage move and be loaded into something. She was in a car. the cage bumbed up and down. She soon became dizzy and agrivated. She shriek with protest. Finally it all stopped. She was unloaded from the car and put in a another caged area. They opened the cage she was in and lets her fly around. Everywhere she went there was a cage. She couldnt even fly out the top. She missed her girl.

Soon a smell hit Saphire's nose. She tracked it down. It was a small bunny. Her wild instincts took over and she pounced on it and ate it. a couple days in this new and much bigger cage they put her in a smaller cage and took her somewhere. When they took her out of the car there was a huge forest she could see from her bars. They opened the cage and walked away from it. Saphire slowly creeped out,"You are free little one." a human said from behind her. She open her wings and took off. She never looked back. but she would go visit the girl every once in awhile.
