Backstory: The little bunny hopped along, wondering what it would be like to be in water. As he was hopping he came across a big poster. On the poster it said "NARWHALS!" with a detailed drawing of a narwhal under it, along with facts. As Yuto looked at the picture, he realized that he wanted to be like that narwhal. He wanted to be free and to glide under the water and fing food for itself and have fun! Unlike his life right now. So, with having learned something new Yuto wandered aimlessly around a field. Where the crisp smell of fresh cut grass wafted up his nose, and the flowers swayed gently in the wind, and the breeze softly blew. As if it was saying hello. He came across a cave, and being a curious bunny, he decided to investigate. So he hopped in with his guard on full alert. And he saw a light at the end of what seemed like a tunnel. He cautiously went around the corner and saw an old rabbit sitting at a table. There were two chairs, one the old rabbit was sitting in, the other was vacant. The rabbit turned his head to Yuto and said, "I've been expecting you. Please do come and sit down." Yuto sensed nothing strange about this rabbit so he gleefully hopped over and sat his little rump in the chair.
"What do you want most?" the rabbit asked out of the blue. "Why do you want to know?" Yuto asked cautiously. "you mean you don't know who I am?!" The rabbit seemed very taken aback. "I am the granter of dreams. Creator of fantasies. Surely you must have heard of me!" the name seemed to ring a bell in Yuto's mind, but he couldn't seem to put his finger on it... But, being all soft and sensitive as he was, he poured his heart out to this old rabbit. "... and what I really want is to be like the narwhals! Being free and being able to do as I please. And to be happy." "I see." the rabbit stroked his chin, "So you're saying you want to be a narwhal eh?" "well, yes. But only half, like half bunny half narwhal." "Ok." the old rabbit raised his hands and brought them down in one fluid motion. And Yuto's world went black.
The next thing Yuto knew he was staring into blue space. He looked down at himself and saw that he had a fin. He felt for his ears and they werer still there. He felt excess weight on his head so he felt up there and he had a horn! Yuto flipped in the water with glee! The old rabbit had done it! He was a half narwhal! Yuto spent that whold day playing, making friends with other fish, finding food, and being free. By the end of the day, he heard the rabbits voice in his head, "I am Destiny." YES! I knew I remembered that name!! Yuto thought in his head.
He then knew that he had been destined to be a narwhal.
