Pet's Story:Neo was your typical black dashcund,but one day he was used for a new type of dog neon experimant and turned neon!The exsperiment went haywire,and suddenly caused him with a freakish glown and nobody to want him.One day I stumbbled apoun this beautiful creature and wanted to take him home SO badly!
Pet's Personality:Neo is hyperactive and CRAZY.He hates scientists and being treated like a lap-dog.
Why you want pet:I LOVE the neon colors and I will make him a ref ASAP!I would love to draw him frequently with my other characters and probaly place him on my siggy.
