Such a dull, ordinary thing could never be someone's favourite flower, surely? Yet to Brindlebee, her favourite flower will always be the daisy. Something so simple, innocent and pure. She used to make daisy chains with her mother and friends when she was only a kit. She still makes them sometimes to this day and loves to reminisce about the times from when her mother was still around to make them with her. Luckily, they are very plentiful in the meadow near the clan camp, meaning that she can make them whenever she wants, which she is really happy about. (100 words exactly)

prompt: Towheepaw's favourite flower is an oleander, despite the toxicity it presents. She has been warned countless times to avoid the plant, it only sprouting in the summer around the flora-filled areas of the territory, as it can cause harm towards her if she happened to consume it. The flower is only used in extreme cases by the Whisperers, yet it's colours and patterns attract her curiosity. Hopefully curiosity doesn't eventually kill the cat.

prompt: Being born in the Deadlands, Lotuswhisper always dreamed of going beyond the dead trees in the distance and see the flower her mother told her about - the Lotus flower. Her father Lightningstrike told his daughter storys about the swamplands in the old Clan territory and how it was covered in those flowers in leafgreen. Once she was old enough, she left her parents to fulfill her dream and find this swamp with the flowers she is named after, and maybe the remains of the Clan she descends of.

The dark tabby seemed on edge, their tail twitched with distinct discomfort. Poppyseed slipped through the blooming shrubs, her fur brushing up gently against the white and pink flowers. "What do you not see in them?" She mewed, stopping to cup her paw around a fallen blossom.

"T-they're poisonous! Very dangerously!" The other cat defensively sputtered. Poppyseed chuckled to herself.

"But isn't that what makes oleanders beautiful? You must be so gentle to cultivate them and not get yourself hurt, a testament to one's dedication... Don't you think?"

Robincloud turned, glaring, "Because they're only in bloom for a few moons and I need them before they die."

"But why?"

"Because they remind my of my mother. Any other questions? Or can we find them?"

Ravenstorm nodded.

it was raining. the sky was fraught with clouds that swallowed the horizon. despite the deluge, elk spied a patch of larkspur. how curious, he thought absently.

from inside the den, he could hear distressed groans. suddenly, an agonized howl followed by a high-pitched cry. without hesitation, elk entered the nursery. laying on her side, sat his queen. and by her side, a tiny kit.

"come meet your daughter," juniper whispered affectionately.

elk paced forward, wrapping his tail around the two. outside, lightning clapped and thunder boomed. he whispered into the little molly's fur. "my little larkspur. you are safe."
