Season and Why: Dusk loves leaf-bare. He's a huge fan of the cold, and loves bouncing around in the snow. Most cats dislike leaf-bare due to the lack of prey, but Dusk rarely struggles to find prey in the snow. With the cold air energizing him, and his well-developed hearing, Dusk easily locates and reveals rodent burrows in the snow. When he walks into camp with a mouthful of mice after a day of failure for the rest of the hunters, everyone cheers for him. Dusk isn't normally the center of attention (his annoying older brother usually is), so winter is pretty much his one chance to be recognized for doing something great.

Prompt: leaf-fall! Even though it comes before the dangerous leafbare, Nettletooth has always loved it. The leaves are falling from the trees, making an interesting enviroment in the forest. The sea becomes colder, and the fish less plentiful, but eels are populating the water more during this season. And in the forest, Nettletooth's favourite place to hunt, the play is more plentiful - because all the animals are gathering food for leafbare. It rains more this time of year, as well, and Nettletooth enjoys rain.
