Why is she dressed up?: It's a party! The party is for is for no specific reason, (just for the sake of it) but hey! She just wants to look nice.

Droid name: BD-2287 "Barnum"
Why is she dressed up?: This lass is dressed up for a special occasion. She recently finished her training to become a Jedi, and her friends decided to throw a party, and she just totally wants to show up and look amazing, because someone that's attending the party means a lot to her, and she feels like she might be able to nab at him and see if she can hook up with him. (She was fond of him ever since she was a padawan, and now she feels it's fit to try to have a relationship with him)
Other: Jaci is honestly a pretty chill gal, she's not much to flaunt herself around, and this one party is the exception. She's usually that quiet girl who wears hoodies and jeans, so this dress is a huge deal. She has a hard time liking herself and how she looks, so this whole party is a huge step for her, and she wants to be able to prove everyone wrong, including herself about how she's "supposed" to be quiet and anti-social. She's the lass who seems like that until you actually talk to her and hang out with her. Jacintha is honestly very easily flustered/blushes very easily, and she's not rude, but she can come off as rude because she can be a wee bit too serious sometimes.

Barnum is her little buddy, she built him when she was younger, and he's like a little butler to her, except he has a hella lot of sass and he's a pretty dramatic droid. He often makes fun of her, entices her, embarrasses her, and he's honestly just like a younger sibling who's not as... mean? He still serves her, he can just make it a wee bit of a pain if he wants to be a little jerk.

Droid name: Cameraman (Cammy for short)
Why is she dressed up?: It is her near constant outfit - for she is a celebrity, a pop singer of high popularity, at least in Republic-dominated parts of the galaxy. She's hosting a vlog on holonet - a reality show "The Star's Passage" that is broadcasting her almost 24/7 (Cammy is filming her), during both her perfomances and her regular life; following her exploits of visiting interesting places and socialising with interesting people, and covering her spare time as well. This broadcast have made her far more popular than any talent ever could, many thousands of fans adore following their idol in real time.
Other: Ceisa's vlog was banned among many Republic army holonet ports because clones are prone to getting addicted to watching it. It is understandable due to their sheltered nature and them wanting to see "other" ways of life, especially of a popular singer, but it often affects their battle capacities in not the best way.
Cameraman is a sentient bot with intelligence level similar to C3PO, meaning he's got his own very certain opinion on things and can be quite a handful sometimes - but their squabbles with Oia only add more views to the vlog.
