Here's the Piluu FCFS event! As the title states, every adopt here will be FCFS (first come first serve)
Rules are quite simple;
-IF YOU EDIT YOUR FORM IN ANY WAY YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. DO NOT CHEAT.
-You may win only 1 adopt!
-No whining or begging
-Be polite, if you don't win, don't harass others
