Cat Name: Typhooncall
Clan: FadedclanRank: Warrior
Gender: Male
Age: 32 moons
Prompt: [all cats except for Typhooncall, Riverstar, Gladekit, and Dawnkit are NPC's]
The winds howled around them as Riverstar attempted to yell to her clanmates for them all to gather in the two most secure dens in the whole camp, the leader's den and the nursery. The strong warriors of the clan split themselves up equally between the two dens, ensuring their clan was safe.
The calico leader watched her clanmates rush through the wind as she stood on the lowest branch of the Leading Tree, once all cats had gone into a den she jumped down and rushed into her own den and for many, this was their first time seeing the trinkets hanging from the roots under the tree. Through the disaster and whipping winds behind her, she watched as apprentices and young warriors stare in awe at the marks of the leaders before her in the old Fadedclan. Some of her strong warriors ushered her towards the middle-back of the den where most of the older cats were softly pushing the younger ones to keep them as far away from the wind as possible, those young cats included Riverstar's own kits who had been escorted into the den by the warrior named Waterstone. "Gladekit, Dawnkit. Are both alright!?" Riverstar nosed through her kit's fur to ensure they were alright, Dawnkit confirming her and her brother were alright. "Good, I'm glad" she muttered to her children before addressing the half of her clan present. "We must stay here until the windstorm has passed! and if that means sleeping in here, get comfortable." she paused and scanned the faces of her clanmates before calling out to one of the warriors near the front. "Willowseed! tell those in the nursery the same thing I just said, we don't want anyone leaving until this has passed us!" the leader called and the faded tabby she-cat nodded and darted out of the den before returning just after passing the information to those in the nursery.
The storm raged on halfway through the night and many cats had fallen asleep in both dens even after the wind calmed down. Pressing around the sleeping bodies of her kits and clanmates, Riverstar made her way outside and climbed up to the highest point of the Leading Tree, Bird Branch. The sparse forest of Fadedclan was much more sparse as a handful of trees had been downed, and out in the distance, a figure moved, though she paid no mind as she climbed down and returned to her den to sleep.
In the days to come cats were cleaning away branches that had fallen into camp with Riverstar watching closely as the same warrior, Willowseed, came running into camp with a mostly white cat calmly strolling in behind her.
Time seemed to stop as he strolled through the entrance to the camp, she observed him silently and the way he held himself screamed clan cat. He wasn't just some random rogue, there was something else about him.
"Riverstar! I found this cat just walking through the downed trees like it was nothing! He was looking for you!" she panted, out of breath as the strange cat stepped forward. "My name is Typhoon, the winds called me here. They wanted me to speak with you" his voice was smooth and his eyes met hers, as she slowly made her way over to him. "Proving island. Tonight. I want you to prove you are worthy" she nearly hissed at this strange cat as he nodded and backed out of camp. "I will see you then, Riverstar"
To say the least, the whole clan was shaking and eager to see what this cat was about as he dashed across the island, climbing every tree with little effort and skidding to a stop in front of the leader. "Choose your name, Warrior. You have proven yourself a worthy and valuable member of Fadedclan and will be honoured as such." she drawled out the tradinonal words spoken at the Warrior's proving as Typhoon seemed to grin. "Typhooncall. The winds called me to you, brought me to this place. I answer to the call of the wind" He dipped his head and the clan began to cheer with strong voices
"TYPHOONCALL! TYPHOONCALL!"
