Welcome everyone, to the land of sweet, mushy creatures! Gungie have soft bodies. Their tail produces a sweet milk called Gungie Milk. Their milk is known to have healing properties, curing even the worst injuries or sicknesses. Gungie are kept for their milk and companionship. Hey, maybe you can get one to follow you home?

A little more about Gungie:

Gungie [Gun-gee] are constantly monitored in their habitat (dense woodland), to make sure they do not go extinct. They can grow up to 4 feet tall. These usually friendly creatures are highly protective of their pups, and will stop at nothing to keep them safe. They are considered very smart, learning from the actions of human beings. Scientists urge people to adopt a Gungie, so they may observe how they interact with humans and their new environment. Gungie produce milk from their tail, now commonly used in medicine, to cure everything from a paper cut to a large wound. Gungie Milk is very valuable, which has scientists worried about the fate of Gungie, as many people attempt to kill Gungie to get their precious supply of milk. Due to contact with humans, Gungie the ability to form a harmless mutation, such as extra eyes, extra limbs, or wings. Few Gungie possess "legendary" mutations, such as glowing body parts or transparency, although they are possible.

Surprisingly, these creatures are quite agile, able to dodge most things, and run up to speeds of 45 mph. Their round paws are sticky, making them able to climb trees to reach their food of fruits.

Gungie Milk is unique, coming in any color possible. Their milk usually ends up reflecting their personality. Gungie produce around a gallon of Gungie Milk every 3 days.

Gungie are mammals, meaning they give birth to their pups. Gungie can produce up to 4 pups each litter, and can only be bred 5 times in their life time. A Gungie pup is born without a large tail, usually only having a stump. They cannot produce milk yet, so they are mostly safe from poachers. A Gungie pup does not communicate the same way as an adult Gungie. A pup makes chirping sounds, while an adult makes yips. Even with this difference in voices, Gungie pups and Gungie can still understand each other.

- You may own unlimited Gungie.
- Gungie may not be traded for anything other than our currency or other Gungie.
- Gungie can be gifted, but you must tell a member of staff, so we can update the archives.
- Gungie lines may not be altered in any way.
- Do not claim these lines as your own.
- Gungie must stay on Chicken Smoothie, but may be posted on character storage sites.
- Do not steal or claim another players Gungie as your own.
- Please do not mini-mod.
- All transactions are final; if you gift or trade your Gungie, you may not get them back! (Unless the other person allows for a gift/trade back)
- If you are banned, all your Gungie will be put up for re-adoption.
- If you are banned, you may not post on any Gungie related topics.
- Gungie is a CLOSED SPECIES, meaning you may not make your own unless you have an MYO/ Custom ticket (purchasable form shop)
- Do not bully other users. This is NOT tolerated.
- Please be respectful to everyone, be it staff, new comer, or adopter.
- If a breeding has not been done after 1 week of an artist claiming your ticket, please do not harass them. Contact me, and i'll sort it out.
- When using an MYO/Custom ticket, do not add edits that aren't allowed on the ticket.
- Don't complain if you don't win an adopt!
- Please do not post a breeding form if: your Gungie is on a breeding cool down, an artist is not available, or you have used all your breeding slots.

◤--- General Rules


• Gungie are a closed species and it is not allowed for a non-staff user to create their own Gungie adopt.
  
  
• Selling or buying a Gungie for real currency, DA points, C$, or any other form of payment like so, is not allowed.
  
  
• You may roleplay Gungie.
  
  
• Do not use the Gungie base to make a new species.
  
  
• Gungie must not be co-owned. They may only have one owner.
  
  
• MYOs, Customs, and Gungie may only be traded for other MYO's, Customs, Gungie, or our currency (Silver Bits).
  
  
• Be polite to everyone. We do not permit bullying or harassment of any sort.
  
  
• Do not mini-mod. We have mod permissions available 24/7 if you wish to apply to become a moderator.
  
  
• Respect artists. Do not attempt to persuade an artist to let you win an adopt. This can result in trouble for both you AND the artist.
  
  
• Gungie are allowed to be your fursona, just please ask for permission from the original artist.

◤--- Customs/Growths/Transfers


• Growths, Customs, and MYOs may be made by any user.
  
  
  
• You may not re-grow a Gungie that has already been approved and is accurate to the reference. You may only re-grow if it requires a line transfer.
  
  
• Growths, Customs, MYOS, and Transfers MUST have approval by a member of the staff. This is to make sure it is accurate. Once your Gungie is approved you may trade, gift, sell, or keep your Gungie.
  
  
• You may revamp customs as long as the current species owner allows it. Revamps are not allowed if: The Gungie has had pups or is not approved yet.

◤--- Cooldowns & Limits


• You may own unlimited Gungie.
  
  
• You must wait 1 day after receiving a Gungie to be able to breed it!
  
  
• Pups may be grown 1 week after the batch is done. You can buy a growth potion from the shop to make your pups grow faster.
  
  
• You must wait 3 days after breeding to breed again.
  
  
• You may gift or trade your Gungie at any time, as long as you fill in the gifting form.
  
  
• You can trade at any time.

◤--- Breeding & Mates


• A breeding will result in 1-4 pups (this is rolled)
  
  
• Gungie may be any gender or sexuality.
  
  
• Gungie may breed with any gender or sexuality, as long as the other owner allows this.
  
  
• Gungie may be bred 5 times in their life. The mate does not have to stay the same.
  
  
• Pups may not have any relationship with adult Gungie. You may not look for breeding with your pups. Please not e that this includes pups that are ready to be grown, or are being grown.
  
  
• Batches including legendary traits have to be rolled for on a live stream to ensure you are telling the truth.
  
  
• All items for breeding must be posted on the ticket when you are posting the batch.
  
  
• You may not PM users for a breeding slot. These must be made public so everyone has a chance for a breeding.
  
  
• When a batch is posted, you will be asked for the fate of the pups. You must answer in 2 weeks or else the pups will be put up for adoption. You decide to keep, trade, or sell your pups.
  
  
• Gungie Pups can be gifted 1 day after the batch is posted. This is a cooldown and is necessary.

◤--- For Staff


• Artists can hold any competition for their adopt! (raffle, guessing, fcfs, etc.)
  
  
• Artists receive two 1 Uncommon and under MYO each month.
  
  
• Artists are not required to do their own breeding, MYO/Customs, or growths. They may ask another artist to do it for them.
  
  
• Staff are allowed to take payment for MYOs/ Customs ONLY. No payment is allowed for NE Customs or Nursery batches.
  
  
• Staff can be fired at any time for any reason. "Firing" will be voted by the other staff members.

◤--- Noticed Entries System

If an artist feels like someones entry was "2nd place" then they may award a NE to the user. NEs may be redeemed after collecting a certain amount, for MYOs or Customs. Artists may not give these out freely, so they may only give out 5 per month.

5 NE for Unlimited Standard MYO
10 NE for Unlimited Common and Under MYO
15 NE for Unlimited Uncommon and Under MYO
25 NE for 2 Rare and Under MYO
50 NE for Unlimited Rare and Under MYO
95 NE for One Legendary and Unlimited Under MYO

Any user may make a NE Custom. You must get your Custom approved. Message a member of the staff with the link to your Custom, and include the links to each NE you have earned. Once your NE are used, they are of no worth.

◤--- Strikes and Bans

You have 3 strikes before your banned. If you are banned, you cannot post on any Gungie related threads. This means you can't use our discord, can't apply for adopts, can't breed, can't participate in events, cannot create Customs/MYOs or do anything at all. A suspension means you are temporarily not allowed to do any of the above.
