As you walk back from dinner, you see a kamper heading towards the kampfire. "Hey!" they call, "Wanna join me in making some s'mores?"

This kamper's favorite thing about the summer is s'mores! Why not impress them with your own dessert making skills?

s'mores recipe ;s'moothie/ s'mores smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup milk [ would not suggest strawberry ]
1 tsp cocoa powder
4 large marshmallows [ or as many as you wish, just don't overflow the blender ]
3 graham cracker squares [ optionally, make it 4 and have one for decoration ]
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp chocolate chips [ optionally, you can also use crushed oreos ]
2 Hershey's bar bits [ optionally, add more- these are used for decoration ]
Ice cubes to taste
Whipped Cream

Instructions
- Blend everything but the ice cubes, Hershey's, one Graham cracker square, and chocolate chips in a blender until smooth.
- Add a couple handfuls of ice cubes and the chocolate chips. Blend until desired consistency is reached (add more ice if necessary).
- Once at a good consistency, add whipped cream, Hershey's bar bits, and your final graham cracker square

Ingredients:
1 cup (85 g) graham cracker
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup (115 g) butter, melted
1 pt (345 g) chocolate ice cream
4 cups (200 g) marshmallow, divided
1 cup (175 g) chocolate chips
8 oz (225 g) chocolate
2 cups (480 g) heavy cream
⅓ cup (80 mL) rum

Prep:
1.Place graham crackers in a bag and crush until the cookies are fully crushed.

2.Put graham cracker crumbs to a bowl, and add in the sugar, cinnamon, and salt, stirring to combine. Add in the melted butter and mix well.

3.In a buttered 6-inch (15 cm) springform pan, add the graham cracker mixture and press firmly to form an even layer.

4.Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

5.In a medium size bowl, combine softened ice cream, half of the marshmallows, and chocolate chips.

6.Pour over the graham cracker crust and freeze over night.

7.Microwave the chocolate and heavy cream together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the glaze is smooth.

8.Pour the ganache over the ice cream cake. Freeze for 30 minutes.

9.In a medium bowl, combine rum and remaining half of the marshmallows. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Pour the marshmallows over the ice cream cake. Using a torch, brown the marshmallows on top of the cake.

    xxxs'mores recipe ; mini s'more eclairs! fancy enough, but fairly simple to make. sometimes, she adds her own twist on them by adding a drizzle of honey, a dip of white chocolate ganache, or a garnish of coarse sea salt

Chocolate Buttercream :
2 Hershey's Bars 3oz of chocolate
8 tablespoons (4oz) unsalted butter

Graham Cracker Layer :
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (2 1/2) graham crackers
1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons (25g) brown sugar
3 tablespoons (1.5oz) melted butter

Cupcakes :
4 tablespoons (2oz) unsalted butter
1/4 cup (1.5oz) semi-sweet chocolate chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (20g) unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1 large egg and 1 large egg yolk at room temp
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup hot coffee or hot water
5 cups marshmallow frosting
Start Chocolate Buttercream :
Start the buttercream about an hour before you are ready to make your cupcakes. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, melt together butter and chocolate until completely melted. Stir together and then remove from heat.
Allow to cool on the counter for 10 minutes before placing in the refrigerator until solid, about 1 hour.

Graham Cracker Layer :
Preheat oven to 350° Line cupcake pan with grease-proof liners.
In your food processor, pulse graham cracker pieces until they are a fine crumb. Add in flour and sugar and pulse until combined. Drizzle in butter and continue to process until completely incorporated. If you don't have a food processor, you can crush the graham crackers with a rolling pin in a plastic bag and mix everything in a bowl.
Divide graham cracker mixture between cupcakes cups, a little less than one tablespoon per cup, and use your fingers or a shot glass to press mixture down firmly.
Bake for 5 minutes until tops look set.

Cupcakes :
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter until almost completely melted. Add chocolate and oil and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave for an additional 15 seconds if necessary, until chocolate is completely melted. Stir until well-combined and set aside to cool.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk in cooled chocolate mixture. (It can be warm, but if it is hot to the touch, set aside for another couple of minutes. You don't want to scramble the eggs!) Whisk in half of the flour mixture until just combined. Add all of the buttermilk and mix. Whisk in the last of the flour, mixing until just combined. Whisk in the coffee (or water). The batter will be thin and runny. It's supposed to look like that. Fill cupcake tins just under 3/4 of the way full (if you transfer the batter to a liquid measuring cup first, it makes filling easier). Don't overfill--you might have a tiny bit of batter left over. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cupcakes comes out clean. Take chocolate frosting mixture out of the refrigerator and set on the counter to soften while your cupcakes cool. Finish Chocolate Filling and Assemble. Allow cupcakes to cool completely, about half an hour. Once cupcakes are cool, use a handheld electric mixer, or scoop softened chocolate mixture into the bowl of your stand mixer and use the whisk attachment, to whisk mixture on medium-high until light in color, about 2 minutes. Using a serrated knife with a sharp tip, cut a cone-shaped piece out of the center of each cupcake. You don't have to be neat about it, and you can discard (or eat) the cone. Transfer chocolate frosting to a plastic bag by placing the bag over an empty cup and scooping the mixture inside. Seal bag and snip off one of the corners. Use the bag to "pipe" chocolate mixture into the cupcakes and fill to the top. Make marshmallow frosting and top cupcakes with big swirls using a piping bag. Turn broiler on high and place cupcakes on a tray in the oven. Watch closely and do not walk away from the oven. Leave cupcakes in just long enough to toast the marshmallow frosting, 2 to 4 minutes.

Cream Puff Recipe (makes about 20 cream puffs)

Ingredients
½ cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup water
¼ tsp salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Place butter and water in medium saucepan, and bring to a boil over
medium-high heat.
As soon as mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat and stir in salt
and flour until mixture forms a ball
3. Stir in eggs one at a time, working quickly so eggs don’t
scramble.
4. Place batter into pastry bag, and pipe out cream puffs.
Bake for 20-25 minutes

Pastry Cream
2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk

Directions:
Stir ingredients together, then place in fridge until
ready to use.

Chocolate Glaze
4 T butter
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tsp light corn syrup

Directions
Melt butter in the microwave. Stir in chocolate chips
and corn syrup. Glaze may be reheated if it
sets/thickens too much.

      INGREDIENTS
        2 tablespoons unsalted butter

        1 tablespoon cocoa powder

        1/2 cup mini marshmallows

        2 cups rice cereal

        1 cup marshmallow fluff

        1 package graham crackers

        1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

        1/4 cup heavy cream

      INSTRUCTIONS
        1) In a resealable bag, crush graham crackers until coarse; pour into a brownie pan lined with parchment paper. (Leave an extra 2 inches of paper on two sides)

        2) In a saucepan, combine butter, marshmallows and cocoa. Cook over medium heat, until melted; stir in rice cereal.

        3) Press rice cereal mixture into crushed graham crackers into a thin layer (about 1/4 inch) in the meantime, cook chocolate chips and heavy cream over a double boiler until smooth.

        4) Remove cereal treat mixture from pan using the extra paper. Spread a layer of marshmallow spread over the surface and cut in half, the long way.

        5) Pour a line of melted chocolate along the center of each piece, stopping 1/2 way before each edge.

        6) Using the parchment paper, carefully roll each piece. Cut each roll into 3/4 inch slices and serve.

- Great Grandmother's Dark Chocolate S'more Brownies -

Ingredients
• 9-10 graham crackers
• 5 tbsp. of melted butter
• 1 cup of sugar
• homemade dark chocolate brownie mix
• 4 cups of mini marshmallows
• 3 tbsp. of butter
• 1/4 cup of dark chocolate shavings
homemade brownie mix Ingredients
• 1 cup of granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup of shifted unsweetened dark cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup of all purpose flower
• 1/4 tsp. of salt
• 1/4 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 cup. of melted butter (then cooled)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp of vanilla abstract
Directions
• preheat oven to 350 degrees
• place graham cracker in sealed bag. crush.
• place graham cracker into a bowl and mix 5 tbsp.
of melted butter and sugar
• line 9x9 pan with tin foil, spray with cooking spray
• press graham cracker crumbs to bottom of pan.
bake for 10 minutes.
• prepare homemade brownie mix
• pull pan from over and pour brownie mix on
top of crumbs
• bake for 28-30 min. do not over bake for gooeyness.
• set to cool
• melt marshmallows and remaining butter in microwave
for 30 sec. at a time, stir in between.
• spread marshmallows over brownies.
• sprinkle dark chocolate shavings on top.
