Prompt Answer:
The fish eye edit item was introduced only after being COMPLETELY sure of perfection. The intent was to give nagalines a second set of clear eyelids like fish and reptiles have to be able to see underwater. The gene was anticipated to take fairly easily, considering it spans a large amount of animals, but faults with the gene caused some experimental nagalines to be blind or otherwise visually impaired. Thus, the fish eye edit was released only after a long string of subjects received the alteration successfully.

Prompt Answer:
To answer plainly, yes. But only as a last resort. Minnie's feelings toward the units are complicated. She's never been in one, but she has only seen terrifying, awful nagalines inside. Nagas whose quick motions could out run her. Whose venom could hurt her. Minnie May cowers behind scientists, only risking glances into the red labs when she has to. How could the nagalines inside ever be tamed when they have darkness in their blood? And on their paws.

Yes, Minnie supports the units. But only out of fear.

Prompt:
Miss Moira's pet hardly classifies as a pet. She has a little friend whom she found in the yard outside the labs, where the nagas are let out to stretch and play. She had originally run in yowling because of the caterpillar stuck in her fur, but Dr. Pink calmed her down and plucked it free, placing it in a little jar and showing it to the fluffed-up nagaline. Now a beautiful painted lady butterfly, Moira trotted around the labs with her butterfly friend perched on her nose. She showed off the little insect to anyone unfortunate enough to cross her path. Not a lot of work was done that day.

Day Six
I fell asleep the one time I was feeling good enough to judge on time. Frack.

Since ThatPinkThing was the only entry, I am going to be awarding them with the final orange vial for the random prompt. I wasn't expecting a caterpillar to be used, but I found the idea cute and endearing.

Day 7 prompts will not be up until tomorrow. I can't actually edit my post properly from mobile and don't want to risk breaking the entire code from mobile. They'll be updated in the morning with another post here.

A very simple but effective product.
Echo borrowed a couple of lab chemicals and so forth to be able to make this.
It took quite a few sacrifices at the expense of outdoor plants but she believes she finally did it.
Sometimes natural beauty is the best!
She crafted a lotion but not just any lotion!
Gently lathered on a certain part where said edit is and the next day the edit will disappear!
As a bonus it leaves behind a sweet smell. It works best overnight when said person is relaxed and/or sleeping!

The chrome syringe item was introduced shortly after nagalines were introduced to the public. The chrome syringe is a microscopic DNA extractor that gets a prime sample of a naga's genes for observation and alteration. Being artificially created, nagaline DNA can be easily manipulated. Once the sample has been altered to remove the desired trait, it is reintroduced to the nagaline's system, and the altered cells take over, gradually removing the trait.

Prompt:
After the success between cat and reptile genes, attempts were made between cats and other mammals. As per the request of the public, attempts were made to create a winged cat by combining feline DNA with bat DNA. The first surviving attempt resulted in Specimen Five, aka "Fella", and progress was put on hold after he escaped. He was not the lab's biggest concern, as he can pass as a normal animal, due to bat genes affecting only his vision, ears, and other unseen features. Fella's current whereabouts are unknown, but production of bat/cat specimens has continued. No winged cats have been successfully produced yet.
