Why are they so Cranky?:
Rosex is cranky in many senses of the word, and for different reasons. For the most standard meaning of cranky, “ill-tempered or irritable”, we look to how Rose is often insulted due to his home life. Many others have taken to insulting Rose due to him being an adopted kid, and for his parents living in a car park. Everyone seems to think that Rose should be in a much better home, but this also makes Rose angry, for he sees life in the car park as an excellent life, even having his own little car to sleep in and not being forced into the same car as his parents. Rose tends to act irritable towards anyone besides his adoptive parents because of this, and also because he feels as if their words towards him are complete insults, even if they aren’t insulting at all.
The second meaning of the word is ‘eccentric or strange’, and many would describe Rosex like this because of how he lives. Sure, he lives in a small cab and watches television shows from the 50s, but that isn’t too strange. And yeah, he also tends to do accents and try to tell jokes in different languages, but to consider him strange would most likely be other people not knowing him as well as others. But others would consider him cranky in this way as well.
The third meaning applies more to machinery, but it can also apply to Rosex. ‘ working badly or shaking ‘. Rosex unfortunately has a bit of a problem staying focused, causing him to have all sorts of problems with working on things that others could most likely do in their sleep. Along with such, Rose also had common nerve and muscle issues, causing him to be shaky and sometimes unable to stay stiff due to such.
