Personality: Perfect confidence builder. All of the young children that visit the farm love to snuggle up with Ellie. She would cart them around all day on her back if she could. But the nice thing about Ellie is that she is still a fun ride for the more advanced riders. She isn’t some 20 year old kick along push button pony, but she handles the little ones better then anyone else at the farm.

Unique Fact About Napa: This Napacello spends her summers at Camp Robinwood, the only camp of its kind. This is a horse-based camp for children with mental and physical disabilities. Other camps for these children exist, but none are just for horses.
The old Camp horse—a large draft named Snoopy—had to retire a couple years back. The children loved him and always cried whenever another horse was brought in. But most horses couldn’t handle the kid’s constant screaming or tugging of manes and tails anyway. But as a last ditched effort, Ellie was sent over to try her hand at being the camp horse. To say the children loved her would be an understatement. They adored her. If they weren’t eating or sleeping, they were with Ellie. She would put up with the wheelchairs and the tantrums. She was an angel of a horse. But this was all last summer. She will be going again this summer!
