Acousticophobia is the fear or noise. People who have this phobia either have a fear of hearing noises in general or they might fear a specific noise, such as yelling, whistling, guns, etc.


the noises ondine is scared of would be the crying of kits, the purrs, the chirps, the mews any sound that comes from antaeon kits. this is because she lost her kits just after loosing her mate in one unforgettable way.

Having his possessions stolen.
Reason:
Neda is an extremely materialistic Antaeon. He values an individuals worth on how much they own. Having his possessions stolen is by far his worst fear, with simpily loosing his treasure his second biggest fear. Neda even values his own worth based on how many precious pearls he has or how many shiny coins he's pinched. Loosing these items would mean he'd feel less valuable, less valid as an individual. Having his things stolen is even worse. All of a sudden he goes from having a lot of self woryh to having hardly any, all because some other greedy Antaeon pinched his treasure whilst he was away. In Nedas eyes, hen just lost some of his own 'value' and whoever stole his stuff just gained a lot of worth. Many other Antaeons try to make Neda realise that he's far too materialistic and has taken the concept to the extreme, but he ignorantly ignores them.

Reason: Both Kuzie’s father and mother were sailors. They shared her blue pelt and her love for the ocean. But one night while they were sleeping on their boat (on a trip across the sea) a large storm fell on top of them. The boat was destroyed and they were left on a deserted island. With all their supplies gone, they both quickly succumbed to the poison of insanity. With only salt water to drink they spent weeks slowly dying. When they were found, the died almost immediately, their minds were destroyed. After that, Kuzie developed a fear of insanity.
