One very large Rockgon, blanched by age, picks up a brittle scroll. "You have the smell of a Chief(tess)," he says. "Tell me about yourself, so that I might record you in the tomes."

You blink and cough, and he chuckles. "I am blind, young one," he scolds.

You finish talking to Pyrite, the old Rockgon. He tells you a good place to settle, handing you a map. You turn to go, but a ruddy female Blazegon intercepts you.

"You smell like a greenie, too," she says cockily. "You'll need a way to keep track of your tribe-dwellers."

She pulls a small slip of paper from a paw-bracer and hands it to you. "Here's a list I use and fill out for each member," she says.

She prances off, letting you leave in peace.
