I went ahead and added a week extension to this competition (to March 14th). I want everyone to have enough time for their forms, so hopefully this helps!

Maxine is closest to her sibling, Taliyah. She finds her mischievous and spontaneous disposition infectious, and usually finds herself tagging along in some of Taliyah's pranks. She gets along easily with Tally as they both have a creative side. Whenever Taliyah creates a sculpture, Max will take a picture of the sculpture with her Polaroid camera. Max enjoys learning things and retaining knowledge, so she and Taliyah will quiz each other to better learn what they want to know. Max will often quiz Taliyah on the names of plants and animals in Latin, while Taliyah will quiz Max on photography terms and definitions. Because Taliyah is always doing something new, Max likes to follow her so she can get photos of the new places Taliyah is discovering. Sometimes Tally's tricks can hurt Max's feelings, but she knows that Tally never means any harm, so she easily forgives the other girl.

Max is an avid photographer. She finds the idea of capturing something in a photograph and freezing time in said photograph fascinating. She also worries that one day she will forget things that have happened in the past, but if she has photos of these things, she could never forget them. Max is somewhat shy though, so she has a difficult time taking photographs of things while in crowded places. However, if the shot is interesting enough, she will take the photograph. Max prefers to take pictures of living things. Her favorite thing to photograph is butterflies because she finds their ability to fly anywhere and their beauty intriguing. She also likes to take pictures of things important to her family, such as the sculptures that Taliyah creates with her mother. Max tends to like to keep her pictures to herself as they are important keepsakes to her, but she will usually be willing to show the photos if someone asks. Max aspires to become a professional photographer and always brings her Polaroid camera everywhere. She prefers the Polaroid camera because she loves getting the photographs instantly and she likes how every photograph from a Polaroid camera is unique.
Max often relies on her family members, specifically Taliyah, to help her get over her shyness. When she sees Tally exploring, she finds it easier for herself to go exploring as well. Max admires how Taliyah is able to ask so many questions to others, while Max is stuck in her shy shell waiting for everyone to leave so she can take her pictures in solitude. When Max is with her family though, she is not shy like she is in public places. She is actually really outgoing and enjoys talking to and playing with the other members in her family. She hopes that one day she will be able to be like that out in the open because she knows that professional photographers have to be somewhat outgoing. She thinks that with the help of her fantastic family, though, that she will be able to make it there one day.

Relation with sibling(s): Alex is a world traveler, so he isn't with his siblings much though he does do his best to keep in touch and send both his siblings little gifts from different places he has been, often sending Mauricio pictures and postcards of different landmarks and sunsets and sometimes if he can get his paws on them, recipes of different local foods! He sends Taliyah many many different things, though he sends small sculptures more than anything else. Alex does return home about once a month to check in with his family and spend 2-4 days with them, depending on where he is going next. Sometimes he feels bad for leaving his siblings behind on many of his trips, though he hopes to bring them on one of his trips someday!
Extras: Side note: Alex is a huge musical nerd, often listening to musical soundtracks on planes and in cars/buses, his favourite is Hamilton yet Heathers and Be More Chill have a special place in his heart as well.

Mauricio: [230 words]
Marisol gets along with her older brother a tiny bit more than she gets along with her sister Tally, though she does love both of her siblings dearly. Marisol and Mauricio work a lot like a team when it comes to responsibilities around the house. When Mauricio cooks for the family, she'll thank him by cleaning up the dishes and the pans that he used for cooking so that he doesn't have to do it. While she has asked that he teach her how to cook, she quickly discovered that perhaps cooking wasn't for her, after she nearly caused the oven to catch on fire while baking cookies. She also appreciates his calm nature, and finds that talking out her issues with her brother helps soothe her anxiety. For example, he managed to stop her from having an anxiety attack after aforementioned incident with the cookies. All of this said, she can be guilty of taking advantage of his kindness. She is much more open about personal subjects to Mauricio than anyone else in her family. She occasionally begs him to go camping with her, even if he clearly doesn't want to, because she knows he's too nice to say no. However, when she notices someone other than herself of Tally is pushing him around, she'll bring it up to him and urge him to stand up for himself more.

Taliyah: [205 words]
Marisol tends to get annoyed with Taliyah much more quickly than Mauricio does, causing fluctuations in their relationship Due to her more anxious nature, Marisol has firmly stated that she doesn't like surprises, and Tally's pranks certainly count as surprises. She hates it when Tally's prank makes a mess after she worked so hard to clean up around the house. That said, even if her relationship with her little sister isn't as smooth as her relationship with her brother, Marisol finds that she has more in common with Tally. When Tally started trying to memorize the Latin names of plants and animals, of course the biology-loving Marisol hopped in to help her. As for Tally's constant question asking, Marisol has trained herself to view this as a test, and she'll do her best to answer her questions when it comes to subjects she's passionate about. She'll also hesitantly admit that she believes Tally is the most amusing sibling, and that Marisol might slip out a few more laughs when camping with her over Mauricio. With her sister's open attitude, she finds that Tally has a lot more enthusiasm for camping with her than Mauricio, who seems to agree to it to be a good brother.

Marisol is typically a very quiet individual, as for the most part, she lets her friends or siblings do the talking for her. She has always been a cautious kid, and much prefers sticking her nose behind a book about biology than playing sports. However, despite her quiet nature, she can become a spitfire in an argument, as she usually stays very firmly behind her beliefs and is never afraid to state her opinion on a subject. She's willing to argue for hours to try to prove her point, specifically about scientific theories. However, she is stubborn, and sometimes she'll refuse to listen to the other side of the argument. Away from arguments, she is polite and studious, and quite the busy bee. She hates not having anything to do, and quickly becomes anxious if she's sitting around doing nothing. She typically copes with this by cleaning up or studying.

Marisol's hobbies include reading, studying biology, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and she has learned how to play a musical instrument called the hurdy-gurdy. Also, as much as she jokes about hating sports with a fiery passion, she actually enjoys pole vaulting, which she recognizes is a very obscure sport. Last but not least, her most favorite hobby is camping. Sometimes she'll drag her siblings to go camping with her, even if its just in their backyard. She loves being out in nature when she gets the chance, and she'll name the plants and animals she sees outside for her siblings.

Favorite Food - Marisol's favorite food is lemon quiche. After a particularly bad day, she will beg and pester Mauricio to make this for her, and pout for an hour or two if he rejects her request.
Favorite Season - Marisol, though most assume she likes autumn for her fur coloring, actually prefers spring. Springtime is when a lot of plants bloom and animals start coming out of hibernation, making her camping adventures so much more fun.
Favorite Animal - Marisol's favorite animal is what will later lead her to her dream profession. Her favorite animal are tigers, as she finds them so impressive, tough, and majestic. When she found out that their population was decreasing and that they were listed as an endangered species, she frantically started trying to find out what she could do. Conservation biology was mentioned in the article, and she ended up doing research on that field afterwards.
Favorite Memory - Marisol's favorite memory is when she dragged Mauricio and Tally out to hike, but they got lost after they became fascinated by a bird they had seen. Marisol started to panic, but as they walked, it turns out that they hadn't strayed all that far from the trail, and that they had just been dumb and didn't look well enough for the path. Tally most certainly teased Marisol about this for a while. At the time it was stressful and embarrassing, but as she looks back at the memory, she finds it amusing.

When Marisol grows up, she will become a conservation biologist. Her introduction to biology was thanks to her father, Liam, being a biochemist. She'd pick up and read some of the big biology books she could find around the house from a young age, even if she couldn't really understand the words at the time. After spending middle school and high school searching around for her favored field of biology, she will eventually find it. Conservation biology. Conservation biologists find ways to better improve endangered species' chances of surviving, and conserving ecosystems the best they can. When she achieves this dream job of hers, she will travel all around the world, to rainforests, coral reefs, mountains, and more to fight for animals and habitats that are disappearing. Unfortunately, during these travels she'll rarely receive a break to visit home, but she'll send plenty of pictures to her parents and siblings, and is always sure to visit them when she's able to, like during a holiday.
