Why?: Ted is blind, hence the cloudy/milky eyes. Because this disability, Ted is bullied by schoolyard pups and is extremely anxious. Teddy has vivid dreams at night of the school pups and they turn into very bloody dreams. In the day, because ted can't see, he hallucinates. Ted is now on medicine to help with nausea and happiness, and all he really need now is a loving home to love him.
