Chanukah is the festival of light, and lasts eight days to remember the miracle of a single oil lamp burning for eight nights after their temple was destroyed many years ago, and it's honestly my favorite holiday to celebrate. it's nice to sit with your family around the menorah and to just see the candles light up more and more each day.
one of my cats decided to sniff it and singe his whiskers twice though (he's fine, don't worry, his eyebrow whiskers are just a little curly), and one year my table cloth nearly caught on fire, so please be safe and make sure nothing important can be burned if this is something you celebrate as well.
but, the way to win this one would be to tell me what kind of present they'd like for Chanukah!
traditionally it's something called gelt, which is really just money, and I'm fairly sure that's where the chocolate coins come from, but now small little things that don't cost a whole lot are given as well, so go wild!
as always, prettying up and extras are very much allowed!
ends December 19th
ahh okay! so for my first pillow of the Christmas event, we have a little Chanukah bab! This year Chanukah starts on the 12th, which is also my birthday so that makes it extra special to me at least, and to celebrate the first night, we have a little one based on candles! the legs are meant to be those kinds of twisty candles, and the tail is too, so I hope this went okayWhat is a Pillowtail?
A Pillowtail is a Puma like creature with horns and an EXTREMELY fluffy tail, They are passionate creatures and very loving. If you don't love them they'll make you love them!! They also can go in freezng weather and are very nice too all animals, they even gain enough love and respect for a certain animal or creature they could befriend them as a pet or yet if their bond is so strong they can communicate with each other and they come in many shapes, colors and sizes! so keep and eye out for these lovable fluff balls as they are now released into our world to spread happiness and love!
