my first entry is this lil rainy guy. I might go back and add some lines to the lightning bolts on the head, and the raindrop on the shoulder. It was inspired off of the recent hurricanes this year.
EDIT: edited up the design cause I thought the other one was pretty lazy despite the time I spent on it, the tail took a lot of time to get the blending just right, and its I guess good now
