Man, this one has been in the works for a very very long time (character and rough draft wise) and i'm very excited for him to finally be real and posted as my b-day custom. Some elements are from one of my ocs and a childhood plush (the spots) but his paws, belly and tail tip are based on eclipse shadows.
Note: The black markings under his eye is only under the blue eye so he doesn't have it on the other side.
