Companion: Theon's companion is a stubborn, bossy old raven that the stallion has named 'Chief'. It is unknown whether the raven had a different name before the 2 meet but the bird took a liking to it and now refuses to answer to anything else. Regardless of some opposing character traits and opinions on certain things, the pair get on really well and Chief makes it his mission in life to make sure the brown stallion never gets lead astray. The two met when Theon was a reckless teen and after the raven talked the colt out of making an impossible jump over a gap in a ravine, Chief has been Theon's shadow ever since.

Companion: Salim is best friends with Saladin. They are both around the same age, and were born in the same year. Growing up together, the two colts were often in each other's company, playing and fighting and running together, developing the skills they would need to be productive members of the herd as adults. It creates a bond like one wouldn't believe, and when Saladin left to wander the world, Salim ALMOST went with him, but Saladin insisted he wanted to go by himself. Salim occasionally would sneak off to spend time with his buddy while he was wandering without the herd, and they had great times together, learning to become the stallions they were born to be. They are still firm friends, and they can often be seen grazing together.
