Edit: Whoops! My apologies for not listing the opacities for their fins for those who would like to include art.
The fins on their cheek, elbow, and back legs are set at 60% while the tail fin has an 80% opacity ^^
It was a complete honor to be able to design the legendary for this year's summer event ;;)b
The theme this year revolves around different elements, as suggested by some of our fellow community members!
It was honestly quite a fun, albeit challenging, prompt to work around with, seeing that there were so many different options we could take for our designs. I decided to go with a fire-based route for this event's legendary; the idea of fire and water working together, despite being total opposites, has always intrigued me ^^
Design wise, this viscet is based around Japanese fire-bellied newts, whiteface moray eel, and magma/lava/fire.

The only required piece of writing that needs to be included in every form is their personality, which needs to be at least 200 words.
Like always, quality over quantity ^^)/ Forms that have more work and effort put into them without additional fluff have a higher chance of winning.
