Favorite food; As with all beranhunds, Pepper loves fish. The rawer, the better. He loves freshwater fish more than seawater, mostly because he doesn't like strong flavors of salt. His favorite kind of fish is most definitely the salmon that Scotland is famous for. He loves the rich red meat, and how filling it can be. Because of his love, he is a talented fisherhund, and loves going up into the highlands with Alex, his handler, to get dinner for both the hunds and the handlers at the center.

Favorite food; Sirena’s favorite food is lingonberries. When she was running around the grounds of Ice Bear Kennels, she would always see lingonberry bushes, and the tantalizing smell always made her mouth water. Unfortunately, she could never eat any without getting a mouthful of sticks and leaves to go with them. But when the owners' little girl, June, became old enough to go outside, she noticed a desperate Sirena trying to shake the berries off the bushes. June, with her keen four-year-old eye, plucked a bunch of the ripe red berries and handed them to Sirena. Sirena gobbled up the delicious berries, and she knew she’d found two things that she’d love forever: those tasty lingonberries... and June. They’ve been inseparable ever since.
