★ What is a Celestial Dragon? ★
Celestial Dragons(CDs) are a small breed of dragon, closely related to Fu Dogs. They have a silky, ethereal mane that swirls and shines like a galaxy. They vary in size from a small fox to a large dog, and are covered in a thin coat of soft fur. Their pupils are star shaped, and every CD has a star marking in their coat or mane. Please make sure to read the species rules before trying out!

Apologies for not posting designs more, been having a rough summer but I'm pullin' through- not to mention constantly having stuff I need to work on...

Anyway, this comp will be pretty simple. Design an accessory that goes with their design. Just about anything is fine, but please do not add more limbs / fake dna edits. You have 200 extra words to describe the use of the accessory.

A top hat with a feather!

➤ I was inspired to do a formal piece of apparel from a book I'm currently re-reading called Here, There be Dragons, which has a character named Jack!

➤While a top hat may seem like a relatively useless piece of attire, Jack insists that his helps bring out the color of his eyes. He never leaves home without it. As far as he's concerned, a situation in which one would require a top hat could arise at any moment, and when that happens, he'll be ready! Plus, it helps keeps his head warm when the weather is especially nippy.

Clara won't go anywhere without his ribbons tied securely on his left side legs. They seem bland so you might be expecting an explanation like "these ribbons are actually special because they hold the key to the universe!" or something like that, but that isn't it at all. Clara simply likes how they look. He has worn them for so long, and taken such meticulous care of them that they are practically a part of him now. He loves them more than he loves himself.
