short biography: adrian's family has always somewhat been on the poorer side of things, but they managed, driven by spite and a need to protect what they had and held dear. when she was old enough, adrian went off on his own to try to secure a job in the local seaside town. after being recruited by a local band of misfit pirates wanted by the empire, adrian quickly found a place among them, and had little trouble fitting in and making a sizable chunk of change for her family back home.
