What do you think this Wulgiel's purpose in the forest?: Monsoon's purpose in the forest is to make sure that there are no droughts, and enough rain and water for life. She summons rain clouds with the power of her wings. She can sometimes summon storm clouds if she is mad.

What do you think this Wulgiel's purpose in the forest?: I think the purpose of Aquarius is to fly above the rivers and streams, as well as ponds are all well cleaned and rained on properly by flying up in the clouds and making sure that rain lands in the water.
