Username: Razors
Name: Acorn
Gender: Female
Personality: I love to help! My favorite thing in the world is to help people! I'm not in it for the thanks, of course, just imagining the person happy is enough for me! This world is such a busy place, there is always someone or some-thing that needs help, so I almost always have something to do. I'm told I don't quite know how the world works, yet, but I am figuring things out quick enough. I know, in my heart, what is good or bad. At least to me. I don't like to see people cry, it makes me upset. If I see someone making someone else cry I can't just sit by and watch, I have to say something. I've been told I should mind my own business, but other people's happiness is my business! I've made it my business! I like jokes, I don't know any myself, but I love when people tell jokes or are silly! I don't really know much that I don't like, aside from mean people of course. I don't like green things, but I'm told that's pretty normal for my age group. Things I'm not good at...climbing trees, for one. The thing I am worst at, is probably hunting. Not that I can't catch anything, I can catch things really easy! It's....eating...the things I catch that gets me. I'm sorry! I just...I find it so hard to eat something that looks at me in fear or pleads with me, or might have a family who is waiting for them to come home! I just can't do it! I've tried...I have even put one in my mouth before. I couldn't chew it, and by time I spat it out I was crying just as much as they were! I'll just stick with plants...

Extra:
Autumn had just begun and a chill was tossed about on the breeze, causing leaves to gently spiral down towards the Earth. Though it was fairly late for such, an egg had recently hatched, kept warm thanks to being placed in a spot where sunlight could reach it through the trees and surrounded by pelts. The child that emerge from the egg found itself alone, only the cold wind to greet it upon its arrival to the outside world. As the sun began to set the still moist form of the child cuddle under the pelts and slept the night away. Come morning it set out to try and search for anyone, anything, that it might be able to call 'family'. The falling leaves from the trees were a wonder to the small creature, who did not yet understand what was happening with the world. Quietly, the little viscling gather one fallen leaf after the other as they fell from the trees. Once it had gathered an arm full it move to a small sapling which was about half a size taller than her. One by one she tried to place the leaves back on the sapling, wanting to help the small tree. Finding the leaves would not stay she place the ones in her arm in a pile at the base of the sapling and wander off in search of something to help her help the small tree. Small vines were collected, along with pine needles. Returning to the tree she began her work once more, using the vines and pine needles to tie the leaves along the branches of the sapling. "What are you doing?" Came a sudden voice from above, drawing the attention of the little viscling. Pausing in her work she glance about her. "Up here!" Came the voice again, drawing her attention up to the branch of a tree where a little red squirrel perch, watching her. "They fell off..." The viscling gave, her voice cracking from disuse.
"They are supposed to..." Spoke the squirrel with a chuckle.
"But it will get cold..." Said the viscling, frowning as she watch the squirrel leap down to the tiny sapling she had been working on, causing several of the leaves she had placed on it to fall off.
"What's you're name?" Ask the squirrel.
"I don't...have one..." the viscet said as she pick up the fallen leaves and attempt to reattach them.
"No name...? Where's your parents?" Ask the squirrel.
"I don't know..."
"Don't know? Well, that's not good...I'll help you find them." The squirrel said as it watch the viscling gently using vine to attach dead leaves to the sapling.
"Until we find them...I think I'll call you Acorn...Cause you're a nut..." Chuckled the little squirrel.
-----
Sadly, neither the squirrel nor Acorn could find anyone willing to claim the child as theirs. It's unknown what happened to them, but that is fine by both, as the squirrel now has the largest Nut in the forest.
