This is Kevinal of the Kickn tribe. He was born without tail and ears and was givin the task of den building. Easily irritated and angry.
He is one of the rarest Devil Dogs that are gonna come out. I've deiced that there will only be 6 No tail/horn DDs, but more No horn but a tail/no tail but horns.

He costs 2 rares or one very rare.
