username; oxy.
name; Iyo (pronounced eeyo) |
gender; Male
age; Iyo doesn't know his age. He forgot about it, along with his birthday.
his hobby; Iyo loves to fish and swim. Swimming is just one thing that he will
always do, no matter what. Since his tail has a fin on the end, it enables him to
swim swiftly through water. Fishing is a different story. He either fishes using a
fishing rod or just dives straight into the water to catch fish. When he uses his
rod, which isn't often, he normally has a strategy in case he isn't paying
attention, falls asleep, or gets distracted from his task. If he falls asleep or if
he's daydreaming, Iyo has a small bell set on the rod that jingles if a fish bits
the bait. If he gets distracted, then it's just his own loss. One thing to note is
that he does indeed eat the fish he catches. The only exception to this is if he
is just fishing for fun and not trying to hunt for food. "
But why fishing of all things?"
I hear you asking. Due to his tail, it makes him feel more like a predator and a
real shark. Since sharks are near the top of the ocean food chain, he finds it only
makes sense to do what he does. But then again, he always wonders what would
happen if his tail was that of a fish who is often prey.
personality; Iyo is very temperamental, which makes it extremely difficult to
talk to him without ending up with an angry dragon pup. Most of the time when
he is talking, he comes across as rather rude or arrogant, but there's a deeper
meaning behind all of his. He is lonely, due to his lack of social skills, and is
very vulnerable if he thinks he is alone. It makes him seem really pathetic,
which just makes it even worse. Since he doesn't have any friends that really
look out for him or are there for him, he just doesn't trust anyone. He wouldn't
know if they left him because of his looks, attitude, or his hobbies. Thus, it is
very hard for him to communicate to someone he has/had a close bond with.
backstory; Iyo was born with a shark tail, making others see him as a "mixed up
freak." They always excluded him, just because he was different. His
parents didn't know what to do with him, as everyone also insulted the whole
entire family because of Iyo. Since no one besides his parents would hang
around with him, Iyo has developed a very unsociable personality. After a
couple years of the constant insults, his parents had abandoned him. They
may regret doing so, but it is unclear if they did it because they didn't want
Iyo, didn't want to be insulted because of Iyo, or if they could not take care
of him anymore. Since then, Iyo has been living on his own wherever he can
find a place away from society. He had stumbled upon a lake on a hot day
and decided to swim. He saw a couple fish swimming around him, and tried
to catch them. He successfully caught one, and he soon realized he loved to
fish and swim. This has brought more negativity, however, as whenever he
catches the fish he would have to kill them on the spot to eat them. This has
had lots of misinterpretations that Iyo is a bully, by hurting others. Some have
even faked their injuries just to get more blame and hate on Iyo. But, to this day,
Iyo tries his best to ignore them... by residing in the lake where no one would
dare go into for the fear of becoming a victim of an innocent dragon pup.
