What are Nile River Equids?

Nile River Equids (NREs) are a sub-breed of Mustangs who were discovered to be living in Africa. They tend to range anywhere from 12 hh to 16 hh, while there have been known to be slightly smaller or larger. These horses tend to be able to sustain themselves on a minimal amount of water and food, they can travel long distances and have extraordinary stamina. The people who discovered these animals found that they were extraordinarily friendly and the braided tails are a sign that the NRE is domesticated or belongs to another person.

Owner: SpeednGrace
Name: My Little Flower Girl // Rosie
Gender: Mare
Age: 4 years old
Story:
The local flora, well, Rosie's stables are situated in a mountain range and plant life is very limited, especially during . However there are plants such as the yellowish arctic moss, which Rosie finds quite anaesthetically pleasing and sticks to her hooves often. Rosie loves the fluffy pinkish red arctic willows and often will roll in them and stick them in her mane, well they actually jest get stuck there. Rosie loves decorating her stable in the little red bearberries because they remind her of festive hollies. Diamond leaf willows are found but Rosie doesn't think they're too special but she likes the name of them. Pasque flowers are plentiful and thank goodness because Rosie adores the little dainty purple flowers and will adorn her stable with any she finds. There are also dwarf willows, alder, fir and spruce trees that can be found. There is also one large weeping willow in a secluded area.
The local fauna doesn't consist of many but there are still a few. Arctic foxes can be found, which Rosie just finds so adorable and fluffy. There is also a small herd of caribou but Rosie stays out of their way since they scare her. There are also lots of little ermines which Rosie finds so cute and funny. There are also a few red and grey squirrels and rabbits but these live further down the valley or in the Hidden Creek, so Rosie doesn't see to many but thinks they're cute all the same. She also will sometimes see a snowy owl or lynx but this is rare and she stays away from them, after all they do have pretty big claws and talons.
