Yes he is. His name literally means wild in french, and boy does he live up to it. He usually will run around barking like crazy, and possibly tearing up everything that could be torn in the house. Even if it isn't able to be torn, he'll find a way on how to do it.

Ghostly is called that because of his past were he went around holding up signs that said which year was coming up and why he's gonna miss the last year. All doing this with a sheet over him and two eye holes as well as a headband of which year was coming up.

Why is it called that?:
As the year came and went this dog was there to see all of it. Starting with a coat of plain white at the beginning of the year this dog was seen. He felt alive. As the year went on, and the events of destruction and horror befell the year, his coat began to darken. With that he began to fade in society, and his soul became lifeless. Hence the title "The Ghost of 2016"
