Hah, I love food and thanksgiving, so have some turkey alternative visclings ;0c I'm not really looking for a huge comp, so I just wanted to do a simple team raffle! To enter, partner up with a couple buddies and post with links to your partner's form. This will be a conjoined raffle to keep things simple, so you must have those partners! All or nothing, but in the event that a good amount of effort is shown when gaining extra tickets for a certain team that didn't win, I may reward RUs.

Oh, what's that? Why, yes; there are opportunites for extra tickets for your team! dUMMY In the nature of a simple raffle, the opportunities are pretty simple too, but again, all or nothing :0c All of them are objective rather than subjective. Bear in mind that for the ticket to count, some extras require all partners' participation, or no ticket at all. See below!

Wanna keep this fair as well, so if you're coppa'd and looking for partners, post below and I'll advertise you when you get your post approved<3 The peeps who are willing to work with you simply need to quote your post on the viscet you have your eye on, so check back frequently! Trinity loves her adoptive father Caspian, and she will try to curl up to snuggle up in his fur when she is cold or scared. She always wants to make sure he knows that how much she is grateful to have him as a dad. Trinity will follow him around, going on and on about things that likely won't even happen. Sometimes trys to be super helpful to him, usually because she feels bad about something she did or because she hopes to get a cookie. Trinity loves Caspian's mane pattern and beautiful bright markings.

Trinity is always following Faye around, talking her head off while doing so. She makes sure that Faye knows about every single thing that scared her (even just barely) that day, and rants about it. She trys push for Faye to have something be done, even though she knows that there are way too many things that Faye can't be change to not frighten her, creepy shadows or the dark as two examples. Trinity has a great time playing around with Faye, even with the occasional times where they end up in a sticky pickle and have to quickly sneak their way out of it.

Relationship between the three kiddos:
Trinity closer to her brothers than she is to anyone else. She is definitely not a "girly girl," more like a Tom-boy, and she likes to play rough with them. She pretends to be tough around her brothers more than anyone else, but is a complete scaredy-cat and usually doesn't pull off the tough and dominant look. She has no problem helping out her brothers, especially if it has to do with their fears, because she knows what it is like to be held back from doing something since she was scared.

Do they celebrate thanksgiving and why/why not:
Why yes, of course they celebrate the great feasting holiday called Thanksgiving! It's always been a traditional for the family to go all out on Thanksgiving. Though they love showing how much the appreciate each other, the trio absolutely adores all of the delicious smells and tastes on this special day. They sometimes prepare recipes a month in advance to figure out what they want to make. Their whole dinner takes a lot of preparation, time, and pie but it's worth it to Faye and Caspian when they get to see Trinity, Pheonix, and Riley's joyful expressions and all the endless love coming from the three. In this Viscet family, everyone helps out and has a job! Trinity stands by her opinion that Riley does not get to make the pie alone , "Because he will just eat it as soon as it cools off!" Faye and Caspian alway handle the turkey and the more complex things, while they let the trio go and do the easier things. Every year they look forward to when they finally get the turkey, stuffing (Phoenix says "yum!"), gravy, sweet potatoes, cornbread, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce (Trinity's absolute favorite.) they get to stuff themselves with, and they won't even be judged for how much they are eating. The pumpkin, apple, chocolate fudge, coconut cream, and even lemon meringue pie for dessert finishes off their big dinner. None of the other families that see their meal can even comprehend just how they fit that much pie in after eating that big of a dinner. They do it though- but they do have leftovers. Pie for weeks! Or probably more like just a day... Riley especially looks forward to the delicious classic pumpkin pie. Unlike many, every year they also have a whole lot of fun including the breaking of the turkey's wishbone as the final part to their Thanksgiving celebration. After the meat has been devoured and off the bones, they remove the wishbone, and when it has had a chance to become very dry and brittle, they put paper slips with their names on them in a small bowl and randomly draw out two slips. The two drawn get to each take one a single end of the bone, make a wish, and then pull! Trinity thinks that a wish would be very nice to have. What to wish for? Maybe for the scarey spiders to not bother her, a year of not running into things and then falling possibly, or for better weather with no scary thunderstorms. That is why Trinity fights tough with her own winning strategies the times she gets drawn to go. When Riley goes up for the wishbone, thoughts race. What to wish for? More Pie (especially lemon) would be fantastic, but someday getting to fly would be really cool. For things to stay as they are right now forever like they are, him and his family all together would be a very nice wish too. When Pheonix gets the chance to go up and win the wish, he usually has the same thing set in mind. What to wish for? Well for him to eventually get over his overly shyness and to be able to talk to others with ease would be it. Something else he wishes for is for someone that is not family to come along and actually want to befriend him and to try to be his friend without trying to force him to change like everyone else.
The next day isn't fun when they acknowledge the fact that they have a big pile of plates, utensils, pots, pans, and whatnot to wash. It's still a bonding moment for them though, and the trio will end up making it into a game or a nice, friendly competition.

Favorite fall treat and why:
It is the gooey, red classic thanksgiving dish that gets served from a bowl. Why yes, Cranberry Sauce is Trinity's absolute favorite thanksgiving treat. You can put it on a dinner roll, toast, angel food cake, vanilla cake, ice-cream, or even eat it with a spoon all by itself! It even tastes good even on turkey! There are so many delicious different ways Cranberry Sauce can be served. Eating it never gets old with the amount of uniqueness each combination has. To Trinity, its tartness goes very good when combined with something simple and sweet, so it poured over a scoop of plain vanilla ice-cream is one of the best possible ways it can be served. The tart flavor that cranberries hold and are known for make Cranberry Sauce special among the many savory dishes that are prepared, and gives the plate of mostly golden brown and green food an even more diverse variety in color, texture, and flavor. It's fairly simple to prepare too! A heat souce, sugar, water, a dash of spices, and lots of cranberries is all you need. The sugar makes it definitely not the healthiest dish, but Trinity's doesn't care because pie has sugar in it too!

Favorite fall treat and why: Harvest mice.
Her favorite fall treat has to be this, as every little flavor seems to pop out and make her taste buds melt in delicacy. Raw cookie dough made in the shape of a mouse, sliced almonds serving as the ears, and black licorice topping it off as a rather bendy tail. Who wouldn't like that?! She rarely gets to eat these sweet ailments though because of how rarely she manages to get them. The local baker only makes them on special requests, usually when fall comes around and the richest citizens pay extra for something to "impress" them. Every year he makes these mice, but every year they only scoff and toss them away behind his back.
Chrysanthemum snags them however, and hogs the savory food to herself. No one has a clue why she is always so hyper and sugar rushed when she joins with the others, although suspicions are always formed. She refuses to tell others why she is so bouncy in fear of them wanting to have some aswell. When it comes to her food, she makes sure to not someone lay a paw on it.
The best part is, is that the baker is foolish enough to believe the wealthier folks like it, which leads him to make more every year.
Who knows, maybe one day Chrysanthemum will share her food, or die from consuming too much of it...

Relationship between the three kiddos:

Fern- Fern is the oldest of the three siblings, which according to her gives her the rule over them all. Peter doesn't mind this at all really and naturally follows his sister's instructions. Although sometimes when Peter gets distracted he can't always listen to Fern and sometimes makes Fern mad, telling her simple babbles with no logic. But when Fern gets mad Peter starts crying and runs to Aki, mumbling softly into her fur while Fern is storming around trying to work off her frustration. Peter and Fern get along pretty well though and she doesn't fight a lot with Peter. When the siblings are out exploring Peter sometimes gets to ride of Fern's back if she's in a good mood. Peter tries to keep the peace between his two sisters as they argue a ton and it can get physical sometimes. When Fern or Bug are getting yelled at by Styx or Aki, Peter rushes in front of them and shields them from the words and tells his parents to please stop. Normally Aki will give a soft smile and pick up Peter giving Fern a look that said: 'We'll continue this later' whereas Styx simply gives and amused snort, moves Peter to the side and continues yelling. -208 words
Bug- Bug is the middle sibling which can make things a little rough on her, having her younger baby brother and older bossy sister. Peter loves Bug though because she always has fun games to play, such as tag, tackle (not one of Peter's favorites), and borrow that persons items. Bug in Peter's mind is so smart as she always knows what's what, like when she told Peter a shiny wrist thing (Watch) would be a good present. 'Go ahead, take it, people wouldn't just have things laying around if they wanted it. Aki would love it don't you think?' Peter thinks highly of Bug and whenever Aki isn't around you can find Peter with Bug playing some game she created. Although sometimes Bug can be harsh with her jokes or her games can get physical in which Peter proceeds to cry. But that doesn't matter because after a good cry Peter is back up and playing with Bug. -160 words

Relationship with adoptive parent(s): Aki: Peter is very much a momma's boy as he clings to Aki like she is his life line. Being the youngest Peter is always the butt end of his sisters and therefore he is to be known as a crybaby, his heart very sensitive. But wherever Peter turned there was Aki to hold out her open arms and Peter would run to them. Aki was big, beautiful, and warm and she has the most reassuring smile Peter has ever seen. The little Viscling immediately fell in love with Aki as she was there from the very start, protecting him from anything that wished to make him cry. Peter had pretty much feared anything that was bigger and had more teeth than him and he ran to Aki for help, crying softly into her chest fur. Peter loved Aki and didn't even realize that she wasn't his mother. Aki was in Peter's mind an angel, his mother who was so perfect in every way that Peter wished to be like her when he grew up. Peter normally stays right by Aki, not exactly daring to explore the world alone except when his sisters go out. Almost like glue Peter stays near Aki whenever possible. Peter loves to bring Aki gifts or small trinkets he finds when he's out with his sisters exploring. He'd make her small bouquets of flowers, or a grass bracelet weaved with flowers in it. Aki had taught him to create whatever he wanted and gave him courage, although Peter could lose that in a second. One of Peter's favorite things to do with Aki is curl up in her soft coat and snuggle with his momma. Whenever Peter was around Aki he felt stronger and even scared away a beetle that got to close to Aki's foot once, which he is still bragging about even though it was days ago. Nobody can deny that Peter loves his mother and will always be her little sensitive boy. -328 words
Styx: When Peter first set eyes upon Styx he started balling his poor eyes out. Styx had been very intimidating and Peter knew he wasn't a Viscet at all. The skull like appearance didn't help Peter's case at all and when Styx shows up Peter normally hides behind one of his sisters or runs to Aki. Peter tries his best to listen to his father because normally he has great advice, but other than that Peter doesn't really voluntarily hangs out with his father. Don't get Peter wrong, he loves his father, just doesn't express it and puts his paws over his eyes if Styx comes around. -106 words


Do they celebrate thanksgiving and why/why not: Peter is a bit young when it comes to exactly knowing what goes on in Thanksgiving. He has the just of it and gets excited for the food and the part where he gets to cuddle up next to Aki and throw some food into the fire for the spirits. Since Aki is a druid, she celebrates Thanksgiving a bit more differently, literally taking the words, thanks and giving. There is good yes, but really it's a time for thanking their ancestors before for a bright life they have know. Peter being the youngest can't quite wrap his head around this but knows that it is the time for fun and games and thanking everyone as if saying hello... well maybe he doesn't understand that much. Peter loves dinner time when he can sit with everyone and there isn't any bickering or snapping at anyone, everyone has nice manner and shares with each other. Peter loves sharing with Aki during dinner, especially his greens, which Aki simply rolls her eyes and tells him to be a big and strong Viscet he must eat his greens. After dinner Peter and his two sisters go get to play the many festive games the island holds, tag, painting faces with berry juice, chase the turkey. Peter loves the face painting part as he always paints blood red teeth by his maw and run up to Aki growling and pretending to be scary. Peter believes he gets her pretty good to when she gives a gasp and stumbles a bit. Peter will laugh and licked the berry juice off his face before giving Aki a hug and preparing to make some sacrifices for the spirits. He'll gather some good fresh food from the table, even a cookie of two and throw them into the fire, mumbling about his gratitude and how much he misses them. Peter doesn't know who 'they' are, but he loves sitting with his mother and sometimes even Styx and throwing food into the fire. On thanksgiving day Peter will even slip a cookie from his batch way early and give it to Styx before running of feeling like the bravest soul that ever lived. Much to say Peter loves his family and they all celebrate Thanksgiving together. -377 words

Favorite fall treat and why: Peter loves getting a sweet taste of Aki's homemade mulberry sugar cookies. Although not very traditional Aki has made the cookies for Thanksgiving ever since adopting the triplets and Peter has fallen deathly in love with the sugary treat. Peter will even get in trouble sometimes for trying to snatch a cookie before Thanksgiving Day. But Aki always slips him one when his sisters aren't paying attention because of Peter's puppy dog eyes. Peter also loves helping Aki, although he usually ends up making a big mess in the end and Aki doing most of the work. Peter will help Aki roll out the raw dough and sprinkle on the sugar, which Peter gladly puts way too much on his batches. Then they squash up the mulberries and mix them into the dough, Peter sometimes eating some mulberries when Aki's back is turned. Peter's favorite part is cutting the cookies into various different shapes. Peter makes birds, flowers, circles, squares and makes a very special heart shaped cookie which he always gives to Aki during the food festivities. One time Fern had accidentally eaten the heart cookie and Peter wouldn't stop crying for hours over it, his heart-broken sob almost too much for Aki. So they had to make a whole new batch just so Peter would stop crying over the cookie. -222 words

Short Story:A small, tiny, faint heartbeat could be heard as the egg shuddered. The small Viscling in the egg pushed against the egg’s surface, wriggling around. The Viscling continued to push on the eggs surface roughly, the egg rolling slightly on the floor. The female Viscet lifted her head curiously at the sudden movement and felt excitement rise in her chest, quickly wondering over to the egg. The egg wriggled again, a sudden crack spreading across the face of the egg. Fern came in and was hushed by the crack of the egg, tiptoeing over to the egg. Fern and Bug had been out exploring when Fern had tackled the young Bug into the bushes. Bug had bumped into something shimmering and speckled and produced it to Fern who looked at it. Bug had suggested using it as a ball, but Fern had disagreed saying the ‘fancy rock’ was too heavy to throw. So Fern and Bug, being too young to understand the rock was an abandoned egg. By the time Styx found the two on his shift, Fern and Bugs had almost started kicking it. Styx scooped the egg up in its state and gave the two girls a little bit of a stern talk, but not as much as you would have thought. Styx had carried the egg to Aki, who had carefully placed it in her den. Weeks had gone by and the family had started to lose hope in the egg that was until this day. As the egg wriggled the crack grew on the surface and the female Viscet, Aki gave a quite gasp. Suddenly a tiny, furry paw poked out of the eggs surface and wriggled around, feeling the ground as the tiny Viscling struggled to escape the egg. Styx had come in just at that moment with Bug in tow and soon the whole family was watching the miracle of the small baby hatching. The family had circled the egg now as the little Viscling inside it pushed its back legs out of the egg, goo coming out as the Viscling wiggled inside. Finally after a burst of effort the egg split in two and the Viscling was on the floor. It blinked a lot, its legs wobbly and rocked this way and that, until it finally adjusted to the light of the world. Fern and Bug wanted to sniff it, curious about their new sibling, but the Viscling saw Aki first. Not really able to walk yet it sort of crawled towards her, but tired out of exhaustion half way there. It started to whimper until Aki bent down and licked it. The Viscling was a male as Aki saw and it was very tiny. But she loved him all the same and began licking the male more. The small male started squeaking, almost like tiny laughing sounds and reached up with its arms clinging to Aki’s maw. Styx came over to the young one and sniffed him, which resulted in immediate shock. The little baby started balling, tears falling down its soft cheeks and it cuddled closer to Aki. Styx didn’t know what he did wrong but the poor baby didn’t seem to like him. Little did Styx know the baby had been terrified of Styx’s large appearance and skull like face that he had started balling. Aki carefully shielded the baby away from Styx and gave Styx a puzzled look, trying to calm the baby down. But the Viscling wouldn’t stop crying so Aki started singing to the child. It was a made up song, one that Aki sang as she went along, but the baby seemed to be responding to one name quite well, Peter. Aki sang a song about a Viscling named Peter who was brave and strong but was also sweet and nice. So Peter joined the family as the sensitive little boy he was. -647 words

Relationship with Siblings.
Jax: Angel can get annoyed with Jax sometimes with his seriousness finding it tedious that he doesn’t like to joke with them when they want to play. Though she does love Jax his personality seems to clash often with hers.
Sib 2: Angel can see the damage that’s been done to them and will often stick close by the keep any eye on them (even if she is helping Dist) It also often falls to Angel try keep them from over stuffing them and trying to get both them and Jax in trouble with her antics.
Though they were never technically sibling’s they are as close as, they have their ups and downs, there squabbles and tantrums just like any other family and with Dist and Cosmo there not likely to split up anytime soon.

Relationship with adoptive parent(s):
Angel is very close to Distance often time’s trying to help around the Tavern with collecting the tray’s and cups though she does often get in the way or course a mess instead she does her hardest to try and repay Dist’s Kindness. Angel does see Dist more as a mother than an adopted Mother and is often drawn in by the people who call her a friend often referring to Dist’s friends as her friend’s as well. Though Angel is small Dist sees a fiery little Viscet waiting to emerge.
Cosmo being a regular face in the Tavern has practically became a father figure towards the Trio and though he isn’t quite up for the job Angel is quite taken with the older Viscet. When she isn’t helping Dist she is telling Cosmo the stories she has heard or of the people she is met all though he has most likely met them himself first he wont hurt the young Viscet’s feeling’s by telling her that.

Favourite fall treats:
Angel’s favourite fall treat is Autumn Spice Cake, the smell of the spice’s as they wafted from the tavern kitchen was the first thing she smell when she was found by Dist. The warmth of the spices also reminds of her the warmth of a home and the warmth she felt when taken in. She also love’s to watch the reactions of the Adults when a fresh one is brought out after it’s made.
The flavours also intrigue the young Viscet by how all the spice’s work together to make something so unique the Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Allspice all bringing there on unique quality kind of like the Trio Dist says. So in away its kind of like the Trio.

Sorry for such a late reply, but I'm so torn on the decision of PPS or Grown. Trin would look so beautiful as an adult, but PPS is a a rarer chance to have... I would love to see her with a mate and a child, telling memories at the table with her own family and carry on family traditions... But then again... PPS... This is so hard, I'll just stick to PPS.
