A strange, glowing bottle in your clutches, you sneak about in an attempt to find a place where no one will notice you deliberately disobeying the signs saying to leave it closed. You round a corner to find several other figures huddled up in the dark, glowing potions in their jaws and placed all around them. They all whip their heads your way, alarmed and looking very guilty. You think you've found your hiding place.

Every time a bottle is poured out, the puddle of goop shimmers before forming itself into a Hazard Cat. Some of them are clearly the wrong size and the slime refuses to leave their coats. These hazards are very sure they are their own subspecies. Everyone is sick of arguing with them that they're just cats covered in sludge.

You can make them whatever age, teacups, and the like if you want ovo
If you make them a teen or spark, they won't need to grow or anything
They'll just need to follow the same restrictions as if they were
I was imagining them as able to shift between cat and goop (but goop provoked by x thing most of the time) and then being kinda...weird in their feline shape. Like, their bones don't break and such. But, I'm not going to nitpick if you chose to do something different oPo The goo just needs to stay on them they way it is in the ref
What you do with the tailmouth's up to you as well!
