He has no known name, and does not speak. Though he understands words he does not return the conversation. He is slightly transparents, so its hard to tell at times he is a Phantom. With shorter legs he uses his height to his advantage, and hides under the beds of adults, waiting to haunt them and deliver them their worst nightmares. When he takes a liking to someone he will often follow them like a slight stalker, but very few take kindly to this stalking out of fear.
Though he is a spirit he has full ability to physically interact with other creature, though he is not aggressive in any way besides his passive aggressive love for ruining dreams. He often gets mistaken for a small child, and takes advantage of this, using this to get food and cuddles from strangers.
