Simon glared at the sky,groaning at the feelings,it was way too hot for him.Why did the sun have to come up today.Simon yawned softly and trudged up,his small little legs stretching up.He shook his head.The birds were chirping,the smell of the sweet summer breeze and the glistening of the golden ah that kissed the sky.It was all horrid.He grumbled a little bit,heading over to the tree he was sleeping next to,hiding in the shade.With a smile he nestled down in the long grass that grew inside it.
"Cheep"
Simons eyes opened with a angry glare,looking up at the tree.A nest of freshly born robins were noisily calling there mother for food.Simon made a loud growling noise,hitting the tree with his little tail.The birds began to chirp louder and louder until the mother returned.He smiled a little bit,resting his head down.Again,he rested his head down,dozing off into sleep.
"BANG CRASH"
The sound of rain immediately started to poor down.Simon looked at the sky.The once bright and sunny day had turned into a gloomy wet and rainy afternoon,signaling the end of his after mourning nap.
