Personalty: Despite his impressive show record and fiery legacy, Quake tends to be level-headed and trainable. Sure, the horse has some energy, but he's very reasonable and knows his limits - and those of his rider. As a result, he can sometimes be ornery when he believes he can't do something, making him a difficult ride for an inexperienced rider. This fault unfortunately translates into his relationships with other horses; if another animal seems unfriendly, even if they're truly the opposite, he often will never make an attempt to befriend them. Earthquake, by nature, is not terribly herd-oriented, preferring the company of a few select horses he can trust; the same concept transfers to his rider, and switching barns is difficult for him. Beyond his distrustful personality, he's a very able and honest horse; he's never been known to take a step wrong in competition and never has even considered rearing or bucking.
