My inner parent wanted to keep Wendell as a kiddo even longer, but my teenage angst and his development demanded that he be aged today. So here we have an upgraded Wendell!
Damn, so much has changed since I first won this little snowflake baby and we started our little journey together. So, so much has changed.
But I wouldn't take any of it back.
Oh my lil' Wendell... We've done so much together, love. I'm not sure that I can ever put into words how much I adore you and how much I appreciate everything that your character has allowed me to do. We've grown together, and here I am thrusting you into teenage madness! Best wishes, my darling, and remember that we're embarking on this journey together. I'm beyond excited to see how this changes the game.

- So, how has this nerd changed?
Wendell's changed drastically as he ages and enters the chaotic world of high school and college applications. His bedroom has remained much the same, albeit with his gaming chair significantly more worn, and he still adores the plastic yellow slide in the corner. His orientation around video games hasn't changed, though his "addiction" has faded. He spends a bit less time playing, and has learned not to discuss his gaming habits unless he is around other (known) gamers due to past teasing. While his gaming habits have diminished, his obsession with pirates has only grown, and research project after research project on real-word piracy litters his data cloud. Wendell has learned coding and is much more invested in electronics / computers than he was as a child, though he gets bored with such content quickly and is not considering a potential career in it. Wendell has befriended the beast that is Miles, and the two now engage in intellectual battles. The teenager has a newfound interest in anime and can often be found watching Tokyo Ghoul in the quiet of his bedroom as a way to destress. Wendell's social awkwardness hasn't faded in the least, and his panic attacks / anxiety have worsened slightly as his responsibilities morphed from small, childish tasks into AP classes and exams. His coping habits remain much the same, with spotless rooms being tidied and cleaned time and time again as a way to release anxiety.
