Baby is a sassy little dorkus who loves playing Pokemon Go w/ his sibs

Little baby rubber duck lol, he squeaks a lot, especially when he's upset. Others often tease him by calling him a rubber duck so he just doesn't really like to talk.
Bobby spoils his kids rotten but doesn't realize it since he just wants them to be happy. So Baby literally gets just about anything he wants, but chooses to give most of it away.

His hair is huge and fluffy like Bobby's!!! >)
Still deciding on element, but I read it has to be common, so I know for sure he's going to be jealous of his dad M.J.'s power to control electricity.
