The small, lizard like creature continued to tug at the sleeve. I heard the honking of the horn on my mothers car as I quickly picked up the small animal. She was warm, cuddly as I held her close to my chest. Solar, I would name her. Because not only was she warm, but so was her heart. Solar was the one to bring light into my dark world.
