This is Lucillo the sin feeder. (Loo- see- yo) His glass case is broken so he is always hungry. He can never be satisfied and he flies around looking for new victims to feed on. He walk around cemeteries and people confuse him for the grim reaper.

(Note: the red isn't blood leaking. Its just the color of what he eats is emotion wise )
