Delta Velorum Foxes are tall looking foxes that are only located on the remote planet of Delta Velorum.

Standing between 2 - 2 1/2 feet at the should, Delta Velorum Foxes are very tall in appearance compared to Red Foxes on Earth. They tend to be long legged in appearance and are well known for their endurance and agility. Males tend to be more muscular then females while female are more slender and elegant in appearance. A Delta Foxes fur tends to be very soft and short, and come in a wide variety of natural colors. It is not uncommon to see them in roans and dun colors similar to horses and are commonly seen in cat colors and patterns as well (such as calico, tabby, bengal markings ect). However the combination of colors and patterns are limitless, and each Delta Velorum Fox is different from the next. No two are ever the same in looks. Delta Velorum Foxes can come in any eye color and combination - no matter if it's natural or unnatural. A fox with two or more eye colors (known as Heterochromia) is uncommon but not unheard of.

Personalty: Arrogant - Thinks that he's the only one that can make logical decisions, when this is proven wrong, his reaction can be compared to a child throwing a tantrum.
Compulsive liar - Is anything he says true? No one knows, I imagine sometimes he doesn't even know.
Unnecessarily rude - Durante seems to go out of his way to be rude to anyone that gets near him.

Strengths: He is confident, resourceful, and not one to panic.
Weaknesses: Durante sees himself as prefect, is not a team player, and is a bit vain.

[I'm posting this ahead of time so I won't be late or forget, just in case. If you're still working on your introduction or not ready yet just take your time before making your reply to this. c:]

Checkpoint One:

After weeks of preparation and anticipation, the time has come to begin your journey! You gather your needed supplies and head out at early in the morning. You notice other foxes staying behind saying their goodbyes to friends, buying items from a rather grumpy looking fox, while other sprint ahead of you to get to the first checkpoint as quickly as possible. You pay no mind to them, each have their own plans in mind for the trip.

The day is sunny and pleasant, and time seems to fly as you reach the first checkpoint. When you reach the checkpoint you notice the trail splits. Both seem to be rather mountainous with thick forest ahead and both trails have equal opportunities. The sun is setting fast and the smell of rain is in the air, bad weather is on the way for the next checkpoint. Make camp, and choose your path in the morning. It will take you all day and arrive at the next checkpoint sometime in the middle of the night.

Durante woke as the sun started to rise and the wildlife started about their day, he stretched, scratched his ear, and looked around happily, the last few days had been a bit too busy and tiring, but now it was just him and the open road.
Durante gathered his things and looked down the paths, after a few seconds he decided to go down the left one.
