As a few of you know, tomorrow is my birthday.
For the last two months I've been dreaming up a custom for myself, and yesterday and today I've been working on it.
I know some people for some reason like to complain about staff getting birthday gifts/customs/breedings supposedly more often than the rest of the community, but please think about this before you complain and gripe about it: Most of the artists who work here, including Dream, have full time jobs or go to school. We take time out of our days when we could be sleeping, eating, watching a movie, or other things to make you breedings and adopts. It hurts our feelings when you complain because all we want is to make you all happy and it seems like nothing we do can be good enough. I'm not saying you are all like that of course, I know several who are super great and kind. And I'm not saying any of you are unkind either, so don't twist my words on that one. But what I mean to say is, sometimes we deserve a little reward. Whether that be a breeding, a custom, or a pick-me-up edit, it's a small thing compared to the 4,800 other things we've done for you. I'm not trying to be rude to my little ducklings, I just don't want to be hated on for making myself a birthday gift. <3
