The longer you wear them the blacker they get.
Sometimes I think I should wash them,
But something inside me says
Not yet, not yet, not yet..."
The high-pitched song shattered the eerie silence of the rocky trail leading out of the forest. Along with it came a cheerful little blob, bouncing their way up the steep, lonely trail. Sticks, leaves, and the occasional bird nest adorned the happy little explorer's hair, probably from the the thicket of trees she had just come out of.

Suddenly, the tiny adventurer paused. Below her, a wide, lonely field with green-gray grass rustled in an unseen wind. Though just about everyone else would have thought the scene depressing- no flowers, bees, or birdsong, just gray grass and gray clouds- the explorer exclaimed, "Look how beautiful it is! And I'm sure it'll be even more beautiful when the sun comes out. This looks like a perfect place to stop and make myself a steaming cup of chamomile tea!"

Once, a long time ago, Kayy went to the Galapagos Islands, where they rode a giant tortoise into a battle with the komodo dragon king himself! They were about to clash when a loud bang was heard, scaring off the king. Kayy gave chase... very slow chase... but eventually gave up, seeing as they wouldn't get anywhere. by that time, it was late in the day and Kayy ended up falling asleep on the tortoise's back.
Though when she awoke she found she was just in her turtle bed and it was a dream...

this was actually really hard because i loved мιкαєℓα нуαкυуα's adventure-packed story but i loved how Huuuuuuh really expressed their personality through the story.
