Personality: Sylar is a natural born leader: good at motivating people to do their part and making them feel appreciated. He is thoughtful and cares about those he leads; although he does get to be a bit demanding and hard to deal with sometimes. Sylar is also protective of his friends and family and cares very deeply for them. His biggest flaw is that he is extremely hardheaded and has a hard time being open to suggestions.
